Our apartment with separate entrance is located in the new annex of our detached house in the quiet center of Bannewitz. Within walking distance you can reach the bakery (open on Sundays!), supermarket and public transport to Dresden in 5 minutes. This takes you in about 20 minutes to the city center to the Frauenkirche, Semperoper, Zwinger or to the main train station Dresden. From there you can also start a trip to the Elbe Sandstone Mountains or to Meissen. Hiking or biking trails are right outside the front door.

The idyllic house "Luxusboofe" is located in the town of Königstein, in the middle of Saxon Switzerland, 500 meters above the Elbe. There are 3 apartments. Apartment 2 is located on the ground floor and is perfect for 2 adults with 1 child. From your own balcony you can enjoy the fantastic view over the Elbe. The Luxusboofe also has a large sun terrace that is used by all guests. Relax in the middle of the Elbe Sandstone Mountains. You can start hiking right behind the Luxusboofe.

Our apartment is located directly at the spa park in Bad Schandau. There are numerous restaurants, supermarkets, the Toskanatherme, the Kirnitzschtalbahn, the historic Sendig lift or, for example, the National Park Center in the immediate vicinity. Directly from the property you can hike to the Schrammsteine, the Kohlbornstein or the Rathmannsdorfer lookout tower. All other highlights of Saxon and Bohemian Switzerland can be reached quickly by car or public transport.

From the spacious hallway, you enter a bedroom with 2 separate beds, the modern chic bathroom with shower and toilet and the kitchen-living room. This is followed by the 2nd bedroom with a double bed. In the modernly furnished kitchen-living room there is a fitted kitchen with dining area, couch and TV for cozy evenings.
