Rumeysa is a super host! Super lovely and admirable as well. The house is so tastefully decorated with small details you can spend hours to discover. House is very central at the heart of izmir close to all public transportation facilities. The room has a very comfortable double bed, big closet with mirror, a chair and a bed side lamp. There is locker on the door as well. Ezgi and her husband are very kind, helpful and open minded people! I definitely recommend this place.

The apartment was located in the old neighborhood of Izmir. It was very quiet and spacious. The apartment has two floors plus a roof top access to view the sunset, cruise ship etc. It was walking distance to the taxi stand , close to the train station and broad walk where the locals go fishing, jogging, ride etc. Just a reminder you will walk some steep hills to get to and from the train station. We were received and greeted by his assistant Mr. Nihat. He was very humble, useful and delighted to welcome us to Izmir. I would highly recommend.

Ev hem renkleri hem düzeniyle kendi evimizmiş hissi yaratıyordu. Bizimle iletişime geçen Serap hanım çok sevecen çok samimi bir abla edasıyla davrandı her zaman. Hem girişimizde hem de çıkışımızda bize kolaylıklar sundu. Her zaman yardımcı olabilmeye açık birisiydi. Evdeki eşyalar bizim için çok yeterliydi. Geçirdiğimiz zamandan çok keyif aldık. Çok teşekkür ederiz. 👌🏻

Der Unterkunft ist riesig und sehr Komfortabel. Alle Ausstattung neu und Sauber. alles war wunderbar. Wir wollten in einem Zimmer etwas dunkler haben. Es wurde schnell für Vorhänge gesorgt. Es war immer Jemand zu da für alle Fragen. Wir empfehlen diesen Unterkunft sehr.

Gurcan is a good host. The apartment had everything you need: iron, hairdryer, microwave etc. He was always in touch and responded quickly for messages. Gurcan met us at the bus station. Thanks for the hospitality!

WOWWWWWWW… I absolutely loved this beautiful space! This place is a slice of heaven in Izmir with a wonderful host to match! The view is absolutely amazing and sunset is pristine from there! The place itself is very spacious and comfortable with everything you need for a lovely stay! The air conditioning worked perfectly. Bed and all other interior furniture was very comfortable :) The location is perfect! Close enough the all the main areas and yet out of the crazy bustle and noise. Good options for food, bars, grocery stores and cafes within 5min walking. And public transport (tram and metro) within 6min walking! I absolutely love my stay here and would highly recommend to others!

Ev temiz ve düzenliydi. Evin tek eksiği mutfak malzemeleriydi, ne fincan ne cezve ne de çaydanlık vardı. Sakin huzurlu 2 gün geçirdik.

Uğur und Aytekin waren tolle und sehr freundliche Gastgeber. Auf Anfrage haben sie uns sogar erlaubt eine kleine Feier in der Wohnung zu machen. Obwohl am Ende etwas mehr Gäste als geplant kamen, waren sie uns nicht böse. Sie waren zudem immer gut erreichbar bei Fragen oder Problemen. Die Wohnung war schön, sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Ich kann sie daher nur wärmstens empfehlen.

Atilla’s communication is 5 stars - everything was super easy and he was very responsive at all times and arranged everything to be as easy as possible. The place is beautiful and has good amenities, market and coffee shops close by. You can reach the metro in 10 minute walk (although don’t follow Google maps directions!) highly recommended and will definitely stay in Atilla’s place again. Thanks so much! ☺️

This apartment was our first stop on our Turkish Riviera trip, and overall, it was a great experience. Everything was clean, well-organized, and nicely decorated with a cool vibe. One of the best features is the stunning view overlooking the sea port it definitely added something special to our stay. The apartment itself is in a great location in the heart of İzmir, in the Konak area, which makes it super convenient for exploring the city. The host was also excellent he messaged me, checked in to see if we needed anything, and was very welcoming. The only downside for us was that it’s a bit far from good swimming spots. We ended up driving about 30 to 45 minutes to Çeşme to find a nice beach, which was totally worth it because we spent the whole day there and had a great time. So if you’re planning to explore Çeşme during the day and come back to İzmir in the evening, this place is actually a great base. Overall, I’d give it a solid 6/10

Can bey was a very friendly, attentive host who went out of his may to make sure our stay was comfortable and trouble free. The apartment was easy to locate and easy to enter. Once inside, everywhere was very clean and just as the photos showed. I would definately recommend thia apartment and hope to be back if I visit İzmir again. Thank you Can bey!

Nous avons eu un excellent accueil, la maman d'Ertan est une très belle personne, elle nous a accueilli avec beaucoup de gentillesse et elle nous a très bien renseigné. Le logement est vraiment super et très agréable à vivre. Merci beaucoup et si nous revenons à Izmir, nous reviendrons chez Ertan 😊👍

Ev tertemizdi, her köşesi pırıl pırıldı. Özellikle yatak ve nevresimler mis gibi kokuyordu, gerçekten hijyen açısından içimizi çok rahatlattı. Genel atmosferi çok sakinleştiriciydi, birkaç gün kafa dinlemek isteyen herkes için ideal. Dekorasyondaki doğal tonlar ve ışık düzeni evde huzur veren bir ambiyans yaratıyor. Bizim için gerçekten şehirde küçük ama çok kaliteli bir kaçış noktası oldu.

Geceleri balkonda ve içeride daha rahat edebilmek için, misafirlerce, sivrisineklere karşı tedbir alınması gerekecektir. Biz konaklamamızdan çok memnun kaldık. Teşekkür ederiz.

Berrin Hanım ve Kubilay Bey bizi girişte son derece sıcak karşıladılar. Hatta bizim için evin önünde park yeri bile ayırmışlardı, bu nazik düşünceleri çok hoşumuza gitti. Evin temizliği ve sunduğu olanaklar oldukça iyiydi; tatilimiz boyunca ihtiyaç duyabileceğimiz her şey evde mevcuttu. Konum olarak ise çevrede birçok kafe, restoran ve pub bulunuyor; aynı zamanda aracı olmayanlar için tramvay durağına yakın olması büyük avantaj. Tek zorluk, bölgenin yapısı gereği park yeri bulmanın zaman zaman güç olabilmesi. Ancak bunun dışında her şey mükemmeldi. Konaklama öncesinde ve süresince bizimle sürekli iletişimde kaldılar ve her konuda destek oldular. Her şey için kendilerine çok teşekkür ederiz.

Çağrı bey her konuda bize oldukça yardımcı oldu. Oldukça yardımsever ve iyi bir ev sahibi. Giriş ve çıkış esnasında da oldukça esneklik sağladı. Ev fotoğraflardaki gibiydi. Konum harikaydı ve site imkanları inanılmaz fazlaydı. İzmir'e geldiğim zaman tekrardan burayı tercih edeceğim.

Ein sehr freundlicher und zuvorkommender Gastgeber. Die Wohnung war klein aber fein. Völlig ausreichend für zwei Personen. Hat alles was man für den Alltag braucht. Zudem war sie sehr sauber. Als Bonus hat man noch die Aussicht.

Very nice, spacious, well decorated apartment; walkable to everything; tons of restaurants nearby. Nice promenade to stroll in the beautiful summer evenings. Taxi stand across the street. Very helpful host, quick to respond to any questions or concerns. Highly recommend!

Gerçekten harika bir konaklama deneyimiydi! Ev sahibimiz son derece nazik, saygılı biriydi. Daire tertemizdi, her şey hazır ve eksiksizdi. Manzarası inanılmaz güzeldi ve dairenin kendisi de çok şık ve etkileyiciydi. Sadece bir gün kaldık ama bu kısa zamanı bile çok beğendik ve keyifle geçirdik. Kesinlikle tekrar gelmek istiyoruz. Herkese gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye ederiz.

Ik verbleef recentelijk in het appartement van Özerk en was zeer tevreden. Het appartement is ideaal gelegen in een rustige buurt maar dichtbij bezienswaardigheden en openbaar vervoer. Het is ruim, schoon, modern ingericht en volledig uitgerust. Özerk was een geweldige gastheer, zeer communicatief en behulpzaam, en zorgde ervoor dat we ons thuis voelden. Extra voorzieningen zoals snelle WiFi, een smart-tv en basisbenodigdheden maakten het verblijf nog aangenamer. De prijs-kwaliteitverhouding was uitstekend. Ik kan Özerk's appartement sterk aanbevelen en zal hier zeker weer verblijven bij een volgend bezoek.

Evin konumu gayet iyi. Metroya ve marketlere yakın. Muhit olarak da sakin ve rahat. Ev içerisinde de her imkan yeterince var.
