Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Konak

The location of the house is very central, you can walk to the bazaar. In addition, the garden was also very pleasant, it was exactly the Urla village house , we would love to experience it again.

The place we stayed was very clean and tidy. We did not feel anything missing. We would like to thank Mr. Ali Ozan, who hosted us. My fiancé and I have also prepared a surprise organization. We also named Rex for his lovely friends in the garden, an incredibly smart kopek. Thanks for everything🙏🏻

It was a pleasure to meet Tülay and to stay in her home. She was very responsive and proactive, always making sure I had what I needed and helping me with ordering a taxi when I left. Her home was comfortable, spacious and a relaxing place to stay. The location was convenient to walk to a large shopping mall and metro station with quick access to the airport.

We had a 2-day stay. The nature of the house, the garden, the presence of rabbits in the garden, and the opportunity to have a barbecue were very good. When you get here, you get enough of green and nature. The hosts, Mr. Mert and his wife, Ms. Dilara, are really kind and sweet people from the first minute. They gave us good suggestions about the places we will visit in the surrounding area, we were satisfied with all of them. The interior design of the house is very well designed, when you wake up, you wake up to the view, there are all kinds of materials in the house to meet your needs. It was a place where we would definitely recommend it to those who are thinking about it and come back☺️

The place we stayed before Overall, we were satisfied, the location was right at the entrance of the nazarköy, and there was plenty of food around it. We enjoyed a peaceful and tranquil place. Communication with Ms. Esim was comfortable. They were flexible on entry. But there are things I can recommend, we could not use the pool seasonally (it was not cleaned), the flow of the water in the shower was low and there was a heating problem, the kitchen supplies can be diversified. Nilüfer’s Airbnb in İzmir was great. My friends and I were visiting for a wedding, and the location was very convenient. The balcony has a great view and would have been perfect for a fire if it was a bit colder. Nilüfer was so helpful and very informative. I would definitely consider coming back when I go to İzmir again.

great apartment with a lot of attention to detail and a lively neighborhood

Good place to stay in the Nergiz neighborhood. The apartment is spacious and clean. There are 2 ACs which is important in the summer. The kitchen has all the stuff you need for cooking. The place has a good Internet connection suitable for remote work. The utilities were very affordable. Thank you, Deniz and Dogu for your hospitality.

Very good stay because the accommodation is nice and warm. The rooftop terrace allows you to enjoy splendid views. The wifi problems were handled and the owner was responsive.

I had a lovely time in Izmir, it is a really beautiful city. Leyla is friendly, communcation was very good even though she doesn't speak English. She helped me a lot and we share some meals together which I appreciated a lot. I also enjoyed cuddles with her cat :) The house is in the downtown, everything you need is in walking distance and very close to the public transport.
