Monthly Rentals in Kona

Airbnb stay in Kona was fantastic! The place was just as described; very clean and comfortable. The location was pretty centralized for Kona and in a quiet, safe neighborhood. Our host was flexible with check in and allowing us to use extra amenities like the laundry. Def recommend for a couple of people looking for a spot to rest at in Kona.

Loved staying here, if you're a light sleeper like me, come prepared with a noise maker lol the Coqui frogs are loud but it was all good as ai would definitely stay again. Beautiful set up and very cozy Thanks ❤️

I stayed here for nearly a week at Kirk's condo and I am very satisfied with the place. It's located in a central area close to the Kailua Boardwalk and a few resorts. He's also transparent and very communicative on the check in and check out processes. I highly recommend Kirk's place if you want to stay in Kona. Mahalo nui loa Kirk!

The space is smaller than I expected but overall very good considering the AC, smart tv, and especially all the amenities like snorkels, beach chairs, floaties basically everything you need for the water. The ice machine and cooler were god sent, only gripe I would say is that it’s just a very compact space not much room to put luggage but would stay again for sure based on amenities and affordability.
