This was a perfect spot for our visit to Komi! The location is truly unmatched and the space itself is wonderful. The balcony and ocean views were extraordinary! So cheery and welcoming! We would stay here again when we return to Chios. Thank you, Antonis!

We were super satisfied. Everyone was totally friendly and always helpful. The location right on the water with the great terrace was just the right thing to unwind. The small misunderstanding that there were not 2 beds but 1 bed with 2 sleeping places was responded to immediately and easily. Of course, it was also my mistake, since my attention was more focused on the beautiful location in the photos. In addition, there is really a lot to discover on the island of Chios. A really great vacation that was really fun. Thank you very much for that

Ioanna's house, Villa Mastika was a wonderful experience, I was alone, but even more people would have been great. Ioanna's parents were super welcoming and kind, I found an entire apartment just for me super clean, very close to the center of Komi, a beautiful covered patio where I could relax in the evening. The WiFi was great! As well as the air conditioning and the window screen, finally a structure in Greece where you are not woken up at dawn by sunlight. Very comfortable bed, great shower, super kitchen with lots of appliances, only one washing machine was missing, but that's fine. I found a lot of surprises for me in the refrigerator, there were drinks beyond water and everything I needed for various breakfasts that I didn't expect and I was surprised and happy. In addition, being a real house and not a simple studio there was everything you need to also make me coffee, cooking oil, etc... in short, fadantastic experience, I really miss Villa Mastika. Thank you❤🫂

A great choice for Chios Town! The location is in the heart of the city, the apartment is like in the photos, spacious and lacking nothing for a comfortable stay. The space was clean, thoughtful, and communication with Georgia was immediate. We'll go with it again !

Margarita’s place was beautiful with a gorgeous view of the sea. She was incredibly friendly and offered to pick us up at the port and let us check in early when we got in to Chios. Her son was very helpful with getting us a car to rent for our stay. I can’t wait to visit again!

Isavella helped us a lot with everything. If we did not contact Isavella, our stay would not have been so nice. The location of the house is perfect. You need a car, but you need a car for anyone who wants to visit the island. A house that is zero to the sea. The perfect beach and the sea. There is a grocery store right below and very nice restaurants within walking distance. 15 minutes by car if historical sightseeing. There may be an ant problem, so be careful what you eat in the kitchen, but they don't come to the clothes. The house was very clean. We were very satisfied with the hygiene of the bathroom, kitchen and bedroom. Isavella provided us with quick donus and gave us sightseeing advice on everything we asked about. If I come back, it was so nice that I would not leave the perfect beach Koma because I mostly visited the Sakiz Island. It's a perfect sea as soon as you leave the house. People are very helpful. There were balconies and pegs to hang wet clothes in the house. Isavella also provided shampoo and towels for us. There was air conditioning in the room, which was very comfortable. We felt at home from the moment we first entered. The house was spotless. 5 people stayed very comfortably. Seafront, access to the beach is very easy. It is also a completely different pleasure to take advantage of the kitchen facilities, set the table and sit on the porch and watch the view. We made a reservation to come back the day we left the house.

Vasiliki was very friendly, communicative from the first moment. The house was in a beautiful village, Kalamoti, in a central part of the island, which served excursions and tours. The house was spotless, contained exactly what it described and had several products in it that facilitated everyday life. It was also quiet. Although, it was quite warm this time, there were two fans working. I would recommend it and revisit it! Also, a beautiful atmosphere is created with the stone walls and vintage objects.

It was such a delightful experience. Location of the place is great on such a peaceful bay with clear water and calm beach. The house is next to a good restaurant where you can find fresh and delicious food. And you can also arrive to Komi Beach in a couple minutes by driving. The best part of our stay was it felt like we had a private beach which is a good privilege. Virginia was so helpful whenever we needed something. The house has everything you can need. We hope to come back next year..

We had a very nice and enjoyable holiday. The house is very nice, both the pool and the decoration in the house are very nice and sufficient. We had a short but very pleasant Alaçatı holiday and the biggest part was your wonderful home. The house was extremely stylish, comfortable and immaculately clean, as we saw in the photos. Mr. Tayfun is very friendly. The apartment is 5 minutes by car from the Ilıca beach. BIM, A101 and ŞOK markets are very close to the house. Perfectly useful apartment for families with children. There are no items in the house. There are plenty of spices, kitchen utensils, kowels, etc. The kitchen is much nicer than in the photo. There are new zero furniture and built-in furniture. The kitchen was great. We watched TV and free Netflix. We felt at home. You can rent it without hesitation.

The apartment is very good, spacious and comfortable, close to the country. Large veranda with view. With very easy nearby parking, which is important for Chios by car. The bathroom is too small, but just after the shower needs a mopping. I would highly recommend it and would prefer it again in case I come to Chios again.

We were greeted by Mrs. Rena without any problem even though we were late to arrive. The property is in a quiet location and has a beautiful view to the sea. It fully responds to the photos and has all the basics one needs in a room for a short vacation. We were satisfied and recommend it!
