Komi Beach Condo with 3 Bedrooms

YavuzRating, 5 stars8 months ago
A beautiful neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, this is what we were looking for, we were already enjoying it... There are beautiful bays around, we visited, close to the villages, pyrgi, mesta, olimpi... you can also go to emperios to eat very close...
A serene beach scene is depicted, featuring a gentle curve of dark sand bordered by clear blue waters. Rocky shorelines and a hillside are visible, with people swimming and sunbathing along the beach. The vibrant colors of the water transition from aquamarine to deeper hues, suggesting tranquility.

We had an amazing & comfortable stay at Maria’s! She was super hospitable and we had everything we needed. We loved that we were less than a 1 minute walk to Komi beach with a ton of amazing bars & restaurants! 10/10 will stay here again!

Dimitri was a fantastic host. The house is way better than pictures showed. Very happy to enjoy our time in Chios in their home.

A serene seascape captures the gentle waves lapping at the shore under a colorful sunset. Variations of orange, pink, and blue fill the sky, while a small boat is visible on the water. The distant shoreline is lined with faint outlines of buildings.

One-bedroom apartment by the sea.

ŞeymaRating, 5 stars10 months ago
Isavella helped us a lot with everything. If we did not contact Isavella, our stay would not have been so nice. The location of the house is perfect. You need a car, but you need a car for anyone who wants to visit the island. A house that is zero to the sea. The perfect beach and the sea. There is a grocery store right below and very nice restaurants within walking distance. 15 minutes by car if historical sightseeing. There may be an ant problem, so be careful what you eat in the kitchen, but they don't come to the clothes. The house was very clean. We were very satisfied with the hygiene of the bathroom, kitchen and bedroom. Isavella provided us with quick donus and gave us sightseeing advice on everything we asked about. If I come back, it was so nice that I would not leave the perfect beach Koma because I mostly visited the Sakiz Island. It's a perfect sea as soon as you leave the house. People are very helpful. There were balconies and pegs to hang wet clothes in the house. Isavella also provided shampoo and towels for us. There was air conditioning in the room, which was very comfortable. Good to meet Isavella

Mendonis Home

We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay in Isidoros’ lovely house in Armolia. As shown in the pictures, the house is a beautifully restored and decorated stone house, with a fully stocked modern kitchen and a very comfortable bed in the main bedroom. Beyond the house itself, highlights of this property are: 1) its location in the charming little town of Armolia, which is centrally located for accessing popular sights of the south (e.g. the towns of Pyrgi and Mesta, Mavra Volia beach, the Masticha museum etc.) and features a couple of great local restaurants, and 2) the host, Isidoros, who is extremely prompt and polite in all communications, and goes out of his way to be helpful—from leaving kind welcoming gifts, to accommodating last-minute changes when our scheduled ferry got cancelled. We’re looking forward to our next visit!
A simple lifeguard tower stands on a sandy beach, overlooking calm waters. The structure features a ladder leading up to a shaded observation area. Soft clouds fill the sky, reflecting light over the serene sea, creating a tranquil setting.

Quiet studio near the sea, Komi, Chios

Ioanna's house, Villa Mastika was a wonderful experience, I was alone, but even more people would have been great. Ioanna's parents were super welcoming and kind, I found an entire apartment just for me super clean, very close to the center of Komi, a beautiful covered patio where I could relax in the evening. The WiFi was great! As well as the air conditioning and the window screen, finally a structure in Greece where you are not woken up at dawn by sunlight. Very comfortable bed, great shower, super kitchen with lots of appliances, only one washing machine was missing, but that's fine. I found a lot of surprises for me in the refrigerator, there were drinks beyond water and everything I needed for various breakfasts that I didn't expect and I was surprised and happy. In addition, being a real house and not a simple studio there was everything you need to also make me coffee, cooking oil, etc... in short, fadantastic experience, I really miss Villa Mastika. Thank you❤🫂
A set of illuminated stairs lead to the upper level, showcasing soft blue lighting along the edges. The open area at the top features a view of a modern kitchen and living space. Natural light enters from a nearby window, enhancing the welcoming ambiance.

Komi Luxury Maisonette

DanielleRating, 5 stars10 months ago
The house is stunning and has what you would need. I liked the added touch of having snacks and waters there when we arrived since it took a little bit to get unpacked and situated. The house is in walking distance to the main drag of Komi, but it is not as close as it is listed on the map on Airbnb.

Cute studio in medieval village of Kalamoti Chios

ΑntigoniRating, 5 stars9 months ago
Vasiliki was very friendly, communicative from the first moment. The house was in a beautiful village, Kalamoti, in a central part of the island, which served excursions and tours. The house was spotless, contained exactly what it described and had several products in it that facilitated everyday life. It was also quiet. Although, it was quite warm this time, there were two fans working. I would recommend it and revisit it! Also, a beautiful atmosphere is created with the stone walls and vintage objects.
