Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Kolasin

We rented a small house for 3 couples, and found it tidy and comfortable. The hosts were lovely - we had tea, a bonfire, at nearby based on recommendations and played with the local dog, Lucky. Would recommend to anyone wanting a base for hiking and enjoying the countryside

We had such a great time. The hut is cozy and has the nicest view to Durmitor NP. The whirlpool outside is heated and you can enjoy it after a long day of hiking. Thank you Sandra

De woning is erg aangenaam, gezellig en zeer volledig uitgerust. Het schoonste huisje waar we in hebben verbleven in Montenegro. Nieuwe apparatuur in keuken en badkamer. Het is geen groot verblijf maar voor 4 personen prima. De veranda is een pre, je hoort de beek aan de overkant van het huisje. Beetje jammer dat het aan een zijweg van een vrij drukke doorgaande weg ligt, maar veel hinder heb je er niet van, alleen wat verkeersgeluiden op de achtergrond. Het huisje ligt centraal, dicht bij Kolasin en op 20 minuten rijden van ski-liften en ingang Biogradska Gora NP. Het contact met Aleksander verliep zeer makkelijk en hij was altijd direct beschikbaar. Ik raad het huisje zeer aan!

Everything was great. Great location and comfortable houses.

We would recommend staying at this accommodation. In case you have no car you can easily use taxi and if you want to do activities (for example rafting) you are picked up at the apartment. If you want to habe a quite and relaxed stay in the durmitor area i would recommend staying here! Also the communication with Darko was really nice and helpful

What a pleasant surprise for my wife and I. We were very pleased with the space and walkability from the house to everything we were interested in. Neda was very responsive and helpful durning our stay and we may come back again to be able to visit this beautiful little mountain town and Durmitor National Park.

Het appartement heeft de perfecte locatie. Je kan gemakkelijk voor de deur parkeren en je bent in 5 minuten lopen in het centrum bij de supermarkt, bakker en restaurants. Het appartement is erg schoon. De communicatie met Vuk is ook zeer soepel. Reageert snel op berichten en stuurt duidelijke instructies. Zeker een aanrader!

Aljosa was a very responsive host and replied quickly to messages. He gave us clear instructions, as well as, really important local information on road closures for both when we arrived and departed, plus when the shops would be shut. Aljosa was so friendly and helpful, providing us with lots of beautiful places to visit. He was also extremely generous, giving us so many delicious cakes, local soft cheese to try, cola and speciality teas. He could not have been any nicer or more polite. The apartment is on the ground floor of his home and has a separate sitting room, bedroom, dining kitchen and bathroom. It is a character apartment, clean, spacious, warm, comfortable, well-equipped and resourced. There is also a patio with table and chairs, under cover, looking onto the garden and with views of the surrounding mountains, plus parking space. It is in a quiet residential area but within walking distance of the town, so close to shops and restaurants. We would definitely recommend.

Vjera and her husband were the loveliest people. They went out of their way to make our stay memorable and enjoyable and went above and beyond to help us when our rental car wouldn’t start. Their place is exactly like the photos, it is homely and cosy. They left us fruit and sweets and even brought over absolutely delicious pancakes. The area is absolutely stunning, it blew our socks off! Would love to visit again and stay in their wonderful place.

Our stay with Elena, Ratko and Slavica was amazing. We ran into some delays and arrived later than expected, but Slavica was there to greet us. The cabin was very beautiful and comfortable, situated with a great view of the surrounding area, and ~10 min drive to Zabljak. We thoroughly enjoyed the meals we had at Grandma's Kitchen, and Ratko even helped us with the fire. The hosts were incredibly warm-hearted, and the only thing we regret, is not staying longer.

Beautiful apartment in an even more beautiful setting! Andrea’s place was spotless and had everything we needed. The listing matches the photos, and locating the building for checkin was very easy. The apartment has a balcony that looks out onto the most peaceful view of the mountains, and you’re in walking distance to black lake as well as all the local stores and restaurants. The location couldn’t have been more perfect for everything we wanted to do. On top of all this, Andrea has to be the best host I’ve encountered! Very kind, friendly, and incredibly helpful with very quick responses. I wish we could have stayed longer, but I know I will look to Andrea for accommodation if we return.

Ce lieu est un véritable havre de paix , pas évident à trouver au premiers abord mais nous avons été guidés par nos hôtes afin de trouver le logement qui sont carrément venus à notre rencontre au milieu des vaches ! Marija et son mari ainsi que son fils ont étés super accueillants et nous ont même montré leur petit chiot 🐶 ! Ce lieu est un véritable lieu de paix au coeur des montagnes et pas très loin de la ville pour les besoins primaires ! Concernant le logement il se situe juste en dessous de la maison des hôtes donc si vous avez la moindre question ou soucis ils sont là ! Il y a également une véranda super afin de profiter de la vue sans avoir trop froid quand les températures se rafraîchissent le soir ! Nous avons pris le petit déjeuner le sur la table extérieur dans le jardin au milieu des champs avec la vue sur les montagnes et le fils de Marija qui jouait avec le chiot qui restera l’un des plus beaux souvenir de notre voyage !

What a lovely and cozy place to stay! We loved the location and the cozy apartment with a nice kitchen, outdoor patio, and good walking accessibility to the town of Žabljak and to Durmitor's Black Lake. The apartment is recently updated and has a private entrance nearby the parking. It has all the things you need and space for two (you could have a family group of four here too.) Our host was very friendly and helpful, she was always very quick to respond to our communications. In fact she was one of the most reliable hosts I have had the pleasure of meeting. And say yes to the breakfast she makes! Overall, with this rental you will find a cozy home base for adventures, traveling, with a lovely view of the mountain highlands and well-suited for any season.

Ubytování u Vladimira bylo při naší cestě do Albánie využito pouze na přespání, ale přesto jsme se tam cítili vítáni a jako doma. Hostitel byl velmi proaktivní a zdvořilý i jeho otec, který nás viděl přijíždět a ihned nás ubytoval. Oceňuji i polohu, která je na kraji města, takže najít ubytování nebyl žádný problém a příjezd autem proběhl hladce. Celkově mohu ubytovaní doporučit.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl in der Unterkunft gefühlt. Obwohl sie recht klein ist, ist sie praktisch und sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Familie ist sehr herzlich. So wurde uns beispielsweise mehrfach etwas kleines selbstgemachtes zu Essen gebracht. Ebenso ist die Unterkunft sehr schön gelegen und man ist sehr schnell im Nationalpark und in der Stadt Zabljak. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen 🥰

Jestem bardzo zadowolona z pobytu ❤️ właściciel bardzo pomocny! Pomógł nam z wypożyczeniem auta, przepyszne śniadania w cenie hotelu, przemiła obsługa i atmosfera bardzo przyjazna :) Okolica kameralna, obok płynie rzeczka przy której można się odprężyć. Warto zaopatrzyć się w auto i dojeżdżać sobie do okolicznych atrakcji i pięknych miejsc :)

Проживание было достойным, расположение очень удобное. В объявлении не указано, что вы будете проживать в доме с хозяином, вам отведены 2 и 3 этаж дома. В целом нас это не беспокоило, так как мы останавливались только на 1 ночь, но иногда кричал ребенок. Также был сломан электрический чайник и нам пришлось греть воду в кастрюле. Сам Владимир дружелюбный, рассказал по местности куда мы можем съездить, помог организовать нам рафтинг, спасибо.

Thank you for this amazing stay - The only thing we regret is to have stayed only one night. The surrounding are very relaxing, the apartment is very well equipped with small touches for families with young kids. Our two daughters really appreciated the pool and the parents could relax in the garden. But what could we say about the very nice welcome we had from our hosts who offered us some juice and fruits from their garden. We also had the chance to have dinner and breakfast. What a treat with homemade dishes and great products all along. We definitely recommend this place, a fantastic break in the Montenegrin countryside

Nemam reci kojom bih opisao ovo mesto i prelepu prirodu koja ga okruzuje. Rajka i njen muz su veoma ljubazni i spremni da pomognu oko bilo cega sto treba. Bilo je pravo uzivanju provesti ovde noc a pogotovo doruckovati domacu organsku hranu na terasi sa pogledom na bastu… Definitivno cu se vratiti na duzi period
