The accommodation is located in the village of Pozenski Kraj, in the zone of Durmitor NP which is on a UNESCO List. More specifically, "The Hut" is located at the very foot of Durmitor- Sava's hook. On the other hand, the property is very accessible, by asphalt road, it comes within easy reach of the accommodation. The property itself, was a traditional lodge where for decades the host family stayed in the summer months, when it was also used to produce cheese and skorups. Renovated and is a cozy oasis, which is a blend of traditional and modern.

Opustite se u ovom jedinstvenoj i ugodnoj kolibi. Okružena je zelenim poljima i planinama. U najljepšem dijelu nacionalnog parka Durmitor. U kolibi se nalazi mala kuhinja potpuno opremljena, bračni krevet , sto sa stolicama, mala sofa za odmor i kupaonica. Cijelim prostorom dominira drvo, što je tradicionalno za Durmitor. Na zahtjev organizujemo sve vrste Durmitorskih aktivnosti kao što su : Jahanje konja, rafting i zipline na rijeci Tari, jeep Safari, kanjoning , planinarenje, taxi usluge .

We had a fantastic experience at Zara Chalet in Kolasin. The chalet was beautifully decorated, clean, and well-equipped, making it a perfect cozy retreat. Our host was incredibly helpful, providing great recommendations and ensuring we as an entire family felt at home. It is close to the ski slopes and there is a parking space. We spent two days in the house, I really liked everything. Cozy apartment with all amenities, I really liked the oven - full immersion in the winter. Mirko is a very hospitable, attentive host always ready to help. Recommended. Hvala puno, Mirko!

We stumbled across this property whilst researching accommodation for a recommended (short) tour of Montenegro. Having experienced Baitas in Italy and Chalets in Switzerland we were keen to view the workmanship of a fairly new build in Kolasin. We were not disappointed. The property is outstanding in presentation, cosy and genuine. The location, some 10min outside of Kolasin by car, was perfect for us. It is a very rural setting next to a river with a stunning view of the mountains. The fact that we awoke after our single night’s stay to fresh snow and a picturesque wintery landscape, only added to the experience. As far as the building and amenities are concerned there is a pellet-fed water heater that feeds radiators in every room, plus an open fire that we enjoyed, making for a very comfortable stay in temperatures of -2C outside. It was kind and thoughtful of owner to have arranged for everything to be up and running, toasty and warm prior to our arrival. Some Apple Rakija and a bottle of wine work wonders too. Thank you :-). Check-in was a simple, friendly 3min affair, and then we could simply relax and enjoy a fire as snow flakes settled on the window sills. When we departed the following morning, heading down the drive, we were hailed by a wonderful lady from a local farmhouse brandishing a bag of just-baked goodies that tasted somewhere between a biscuit and a scone - forever now referred to by the kids as ‘Biscones’! They were amazing and frightfully well received/devoured by all. We have been fortunate enough to have stayed at many, many Airbnb properties over the past 7 years. We truly agree that this specific experience typified, for us at least, what the Airbnb experience should be; exciting and unique accommodations, friendly communicative hosts and an interaction with a community that hotels all too often isolate the visitor from. We shall return, and we look forward to it. Thanks from all 4 of us, and our dog. Cheers

The host was very helpful and the communication was perfect. It was 12-14 degrees in mid-July and he wrote that we could heat the house. The key was handed over by a woman, even though she wasn't able to speak anything in a language, Momcilot was able to ask us everything in a message. The house is a ski accommodation, downstairs living room with 1 pull-out bed +kitchen, upstairs 3 rooms with 2-2 beds. Bathroom down and up. We found everything we needed. The basics you need for 3 days can be found. The only downside is the super tiny shower. The apartment isn't new, but everything was really clean.
