This is a wonderful property. We had the entire ground floor to ourselves which was extremely spacious. We were also very pleased as it has a fully functional kitchen. The home is clean and the private garden is well maintained. My dogs had a wonderful time frolicking in the garden. Benny was very prompt and did everything he could to make our stay comfortable. When we struggled to find a place to stay the next day, he accommodated us in his other property which saved us a lot of trouble. The meals were delicious and the instructions I received before reaching the property were detailed. We had a great time in Kannur, thanks to Benny and his family’s hospitality.

We stayed here for two nights with my wife and kids and it just felt like our home. Aptly located within the town , yet securely private. The place is ideal for 5 adults. Neat and clean and has all the listed amenities. Sudeep as well as his caretakers gave us very warm and welcoming hospitality. During our future trips to Kannur/ kasargode we don’t have to look for another option.

Tucked in a remote village, it offers stunning views of the beach on one side and backwaters on the other. We were lucky enough to spot a dolphin in the sea, a highlight of our stay. The accommodation is rustic and simple, with no Wi-Fi or modern amenities, perfect for a digital detox. The food, homemade by Mr. Mohanan and his wife, Divya, was a treat—each meal felt like a warm, local experience. Lt. Col. Sudhir was a fantastic host, offering great tips on local temples and hidden beaches we’d never have found on our own. It’s a quiet, off-grid retreat where you can truly unwind and enjoy nature. If you're after peace, stunning views, and a chance to disconnect, I highly recommend this place.

I recently stayed at this beautiful house and I couldn't be happier with my choice. It had all the amenities you could possibly need, making my stay incredibly enjoyable. From the well-equipped kitchen to the cozy living spaces, everything was neat, clean and thoughtfully designed. The location was also fantastic, providing easy access to local attractions. And parking was convenient ,I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality and felt instantly at home. The hosts were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and memorable. The homestay was located in a tranquil setting, perfect for relaxation. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the delicious home-cooked meals were a highlight. We highly recommend this homestay for anyone looking for a unique and authentic experience.

We visited Serenity House in January 2023. My two friends and I had visited and from the booking request onwards the hosts Nilesh and Beena have been very helpful and responsive . We were given precise instructions and it was nice to meet Nilesh and Beena who helped us ease the check in. The house has a fully functional kitchen. The caretaker served us good breakfast and was always available for any help that we needed. You have a view of the backwaters and can hear the constant rumble of the sea. The beach is just 100 meters away and the sea.was quite calm. It's mostly an empty beach and it's stretching for many kilometres. Its a calm and silent island. Some restaurants are available a few kilometres away from the place or you can also go to Payannur town for more op pt options. Kayaking and backwater cruise is also available nearby for activities.

We had a sudden plan on a long weekend and found this place through the App. What caught our eyes was the scenic beauty of the place and surroundings. As described in the picture it was more beautiful at the location. Very serene , calm and peaceful place. Host was very accommodating with the early check-in and late check out. Please don't expect a lavish hotel type arrangements with all the amenities. But worth the stay, kind of Rustic in nature for explorers and nature enthusiast. Kitchen amenities are plenty and you might love to cook your meal and enjoy in the Nature. Wifi and Power backup was throughout our stay. Ashwin was very helpful and prompt with the services which made it more pleasant. Mr Zacaria was also in constant touch during our stay for any needs. We visited the nearest beach on day one, water falls on the next day and a forest trek in early morning to close. Overall a lovely stay and breathtaking scenic views from the location. Our stay at this Airbnb was fantastic! The host was flexible, kind, and always attentive, ensuring a smooth experience. The home was modern, thoughtfully furnished, and ideal for families, with great amenities for kids. The beautiful garden was perfect for relaxation, and the proximity to the sea was a major highlight. The food service was convenient and delicious, and the host provided excellent recommendations for local attractions and dining. The on-site caretaker was always available to assist and keep the property clean, and an additional cleaning service added to the comfort. The only minor downsides were the lack of hot water and the narrow road leading to the property, which could be challenging for larger vehicles. Despite these small issues (which the host kindly acknowledged and assured to fix or provide a solution), the overall experience was exceptional. We highly recommend this place and look forward to returning in the future!
