Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Knox County

This is our 6th stay and as always we felt right at home! Super clean, everything you might need during your stay… we like to cook at home and the kitchen is so well equipped that we aren’t want for anything! The back patio is our favorite spot morning, noon and night ♥️

The space is exactly as described. It's in a quiet neighborhood. The hot tub was a great addition. Host was proactive and communicative. Would stay there again!

The place was a convenient stop for my family and I as we were passing through Knoxville. We weren’t in town long enough to explore but the house was located on a neighborhood street right off the main road, which made it accessible.

Stacie's house was just perfect for our family! The beds were so comfortable, we slept great!!!!

This home was well kept, clean and a great use of space. Although the home itself is not very big, the bedrooms were spacious and we never felt crowded. My husband and I, along with our other 3 children, were visiting our oldest child, a student at UT. She stayed with us and commented that she had the best sleep she’d had in weeks. Although our stay was short, we were able to both make easy trips to campus for activities and spend a lot of time just hanging out together at the home. Deborah was very communicative and accommodating. Great property!

Really glad we stayed at Dustin's place. Aside from it being very clean, with what looked like everything new inside the house, the location was perfect because it was peaceful and quiet while being about a 10-15 minute scenic drive to downtown. I was also impressed with how fast Dustin replied to any question I sent his way. I highly recommend this host and house and would absolutely stay here again.

The location of the house is perfect. It is close to walking trails, shopping, great restaurants, and Andy's ice cream. We went for a walk each night after dark. Felt safe with the surroundings. Great neighborhood!

This Airbnb was AMAZING! Truly wonderful hosts who have thought of every detail. If you are staying with kids, this is a must! They have toys, games, puzzles, pack n plays, high chairs, toddler beds and the list goes on and on! The ping pong and mini golf were so fun but my favorite was looking out the big windows at all the birds and squirrels and nature. Such a beautiful home and a wonderful time! Thank you for the hospitality!

Timothy's place was amazing! It was very clean, cute, and private. It was in a great location as well. We really enjoyed our stay there and highly recommend it!!

This was a perfect space for a week long stay. The bed was very comfortable. We were provided with pretty much any appliance we would need, since we were traveling light. We were attending a music festival, which had us coming in pretty late in the evening. But, this didn't seem to be a problem because the entrance felt very private and we didn't worry too much about disturbing our hosts. Felipe made us feel very comfortable about requesting anything we might need, but we actually didn't need anything for the whole week. The space was very well stocked.

I have never felt more comfortable in an air bnb & I mean that whole heartedly. The location is fantastic. I could brag on this listing all day. It really is one of the best listings I’ve stayed at on air bnb. I would book this location every single time I come to town & I do not mean that lightly. Tony and Barb's place was perfect for my overnight stay. I loved sitting outside in the screened in porch while sipping my wine. I would definitely stay there again and since it's a fully furnished 1 bedroom apt, I would book a longer stay as well.

Casie was such a sweet and amazing host ! Very helpful & made sure we didnt need anything ! If we did need anything i know 100% i could have contacted Casie and got whatever i needed quickly! 10/10 in my opinion the views are absolutely beautiful! Walked right in and felt like i was at home !

Martin and Nikki were wonderful hosts-- friendly, conciencious and accommodating. The space was comfortable, they were flexible with check-in/out times and they even left us snacks :) We were in town for Big Ears and, while this isn't a particularly walkable distance from the festival, it's only a short drive away. Thanks you guys, maybe we'll see you again next year!

Not to often you walk into an Airbnb and say to yourself, you could live at this place. That’s exactly what I thought of this property! It’s so nice and exactly as described. Julie is amazing at responding promptly and is super friendly! If you are in the Knoxville area, I highly recommend this property.

I have stayed at David’s place several times when in town. It is always clean, well equipped, and easy to walk to places. Very responsive host!

we loved this condo! the location was perfect for a show at the bijou. everything was very well appropriated and we felt incredibly comfortable here. the beds were particularly comfortable!

The space feels bigger than I thought it would from the listing. Great, walkable location with restaurants nearby. Fantastic kitchen and bathroom. Overall, it was clean, modern, comfortable, and just right for a stay in Knoxville.

Ashleigh made my stay a breeze. She was informative and thoughtful about providing me with information knowing it was my first time in Knoxville. She was extremely responsive and flexible to accommodate my needs. Her place is conveniently located and in a lovely historic building close to plenty of attractions. I was able to explore the town on foot which I highly recommend. Thanks again Ashleigh for making my experience so memorable.

We felt unsafe outside in the area and did not feel comfortable walking anywhere. The homeless population is extreme. When we walked in the building, we smelled a musty moldy odor and seriously contemplated finding a hotel but could not since so many events were going on and a lot of people were in town. The owner assured me that they had never had a problem, so we stayed. The condo itself is nice and had everything we needed.
