Ryan was a very helpful host that made our stay go smooth! The house was everything we were looking for. Ryan was great at checking in with us periodically and responds quickly whenever we had a question which was great.
The entryway features a stone and wooden door flanked by vibrant red flowers and green foliage. Natural light is captured through the large window, enhancing the welcoming ambiance of the entrance.

Nona's Place at Castaway Cove

We loved our home away from home! We stayed for 2 months and enjoyed all that Louisville/Maryville/Knoxville has to offer. Lisa's place was perfect for us: well-stocked kitchen, amazing Blackstone grill in the carport, lovely closed-in back porch (great for rainy nights,) comfy living room, smart workspace, USB plugs in all the right places, extra bedrooms for family, and friends, and the perfect outdoor firepit. Oh, the boat dock and lakefront area is only a 5+ minute walk down the street. Don't look further, just book Lisa's lovely home!

Quarry Trail - Walk to UT Games Downtown!

The house was so clean and comfy, felt like being at home, so peaceful. If I had a question they responded so quickly, I will definitely stay again. I highly recommend this house to anybody. The beds were so comfortable and the furniture was clean and plenty of towels. You could sit in the kitchen and feel like you were at home. It was absolutely the best experience I have had with and Airbnb.

Fabulous Villa for 6 and puppy mins 2 Downtown UTK

Julian Rating, 5 stars4 weeks ago
I am a senior and came with my daughter and a few of her friends for a festival in Knoxville. Villa Melissa, our house, was perfect for our group. The house was spacious, clean and was supplied with anything you could need, plus. Melissa's kitchen was better supplied than mine is at home. Her home is in a nice quiet area, right across from a golf course, a short distance from downtown Knoxville. Our favorite area was the large screened in porch where we spent most of our time, day or night. It was especially nice when it rained. There is a large sofa and table with chairs, perfect for hanging out. It's quiet, and she has a number of bird feeders, so between the birds and squirrels, you get a nice relaxing outdoor place the whole family can enjoy. Melissa made the whole process super easy and was very welcoming. She checked up on us, and made the check out process very simple. We would love to rebook for next year.
An open-plan space features a dining area with a dark wood table surrounded by black chairs. To the side, a kitchen showcases modern appliances. The background includes glimpses of a living area with two large beds and a warm wooden door frame leading to the adjacent rooms.

The Holston House

A very nice house for our party of six. Comfortable living area and beds. Great deck and river view although we didn't spend much time out there. Extra large table for game playing, which we did in late evenings when we returned from Big Ears festival.
