Overall our stay was great! the house is definitely accommodating for larger groups at that price point. Wesley was very respectful and responsive and made you aware if he wasn't available to speak at the moment. He reached out as soon as he was able. The house is nice and within a few minutes of about anything you would need.

This location served our needs very well, we were not in the unit for much time. The location is very convenient to the interstate and restaurants in the area. You have 2 parking spaces off the street, however, some of the neighbors speed making it difficult to back out.

Barbs place was perfect for our weekend get away. She was responsive and ready to help the whole time we were there. Will definitely become a repeat customer of hers!

Convenient location close to Turkey Creek (restaurants and shopping), Costco and highway access. Quiet at night. The apartment had all the needed amenities, furniture, multiple TVs to feel like at home.

Hexagon House is SUCH a gem!! The location is perfect - we were in Knoxville for a UT tour, and easily walked to campus / the Student Union Visitor’s Center. We felt right at home in the adorable condo, the bed was super comfortable, the couch was great for reading / watching TV, the kitchen had all of the essentials, and there were thoughtful decorative touches throughout. We loved our stay and would absolutely return should we be back in the Knoxville area (maybe with a new Vol in tow?! 😀).

Omaris's place was perfect for me! Good size. Had all the essentials that I needed. The bathroom was gorgeous. She was flexible with check-in.

Juan was very friendly, aswell as very responsive we even made the mistake of not putting we had a service animal and he had a pet fee but he accommodated that for us overall super nice place with a great host.

We had a great 2 week stay! The place was updated and renovated right before we got there which was a nice surprise!:) There were a few mishaps in the beginning of the trip but Christian and the Property Manager, Sharon, were so great to respond and were very accommodating! We would stay here again.

Excellent communication with host. Host was wonderful! The place has been recently remodeled inside and is very nice. Convenient to get to and from in relation to where I’m working. Washer and dryer is nice to have as well.

Anna's condo was exactly as advertised! Comfortable, squeaky clean, and close to UT and The Strip, as well as anywhere else in Knoxville you might want to go. But what stood out to me was how helpful and responsive Anna was when I had a few questions. A fantastic host makes the experience even better, and my family was grateful that we could spend time with them for the holidays. When we come back to visit, we hope to be able to stay here again!

I had a lovely stay at John’s house while in town for a music festival! He generously accommodated some friends of mine for a night, and was very responsive and kind. The main bed was comfortable and the space was simple, clean, and quiet - everything I needed for a short stay outside of Knoxville!

Thomas & Angela went above & beyond to make sure we were comfortable & cared for. They have a beautiful space to offer & make sure to make you feel welcome on top of that. I have never felt more comfortable in an air bnb & I mean that whole heartedly. The location is fantastic. I could brag on this listing all day. It really is one of the best listings I’ve stayed at on air bnb. I would book this location every single time I come to town & I do not mean that lightly. Margy was a great host! The listing fit our 6-person family well (2 adult couples and 2 children). The place has 2 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms. There are additional sleeping areas but they are in a common/shared space (keep in mind if you have more than 2 adult couples). It was clean and quiet. We had zero issues during our stay. I would highly recommend Margy as an expert host. She provides so many amenities (toiletries, plenty of bath towels, cookies on arrival, snacks, breakfast, etc.) - above and beyond expectations! We wish we could have stayed longer because the property was so beautiful!

Tony and Barb's place was perfect for my overnight stay. I loved sitting outside in the screened in porch while sipping my wine. I would definitely stay there again and since it's a fully furnished 1 bedroom apt, I would book a longer stay as well.

Martin and Nikki were wonderful hosts-- friendly, conciencious and accommodating. The space was comfortable, they were flexible with check-in/out times and they even left us snacks :) We were in town for Big Ears and, while this isn't a particularly walkable distance from the festival, it's only a short drive away. Thanks you guys, maybe we'll see you again next year!
