Located on a private, corner lot 2 bedrooms/1 bath, full kitchen. Our bungalow is not suitable for young children. There is a pet cleaning fee.

The property has a year-round creek running in front of it and it is surrounded by trees where you can hear and see many birds including Woodpeckers, Cardinals, Mocking birds, etc. hence the name "Our Nest". The property is a one side of a duplex and offers two floors- the hosting area with kitchen and living room is downstairs and all 3 bedrooms are upstairs so you and your group can enjoy entertaining while others sleep quietly. Located 10 min drive from campus yet far enough from the loud train that goes through downtown.. Privately owned & managed. We would love to have you!

Located 5 miles from downtown Knoxville on top of a ridge on a small subsistence family farm of 10 acres. There’s a bus stop within a 5 minute walk, and I have bicycles to borrow. We live on a quiet dead end road with little traffic. We would enjoy hosting your visit and showing you the farm.
