Loft vacation rentals in Knox County

Great place to stay if you are in the downtown Knoxville area. It was close to all the restaurants and very clean! We enjoyed our stay.

This place was the perfect home base for exploring Knoxville—clean, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. The host was responsive and provided thoughtful touches. The location couldn't be better, with great restaurants and entertainment just a short walk away. I’d absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Knoxville!

We had a wonderful stay at Kristiana's loft! We are in Knoxville regularly and this is probably our favorite area of town because you can walk just about anywhere you'd want to go and there is so much to offer in the immediate vicinity, but I think this property just moved its way into specifically our top place to stay! It is a beautiful old building that has been updated while still preserving its charm, and Kristiana's loft is decorated tastefully with great views of Gay Street from the living room, a modern kitchen, comfortable beds, and plenty of space. We were in Knoxville for a soccer camp at UT for our daughter, so having the washer and dryer available at the end of 12 hours of soccer each day was a lifesaver too;) As some other reviewers mentioned, the live music below the loft is very loud and goes until about 2am on Friday and Saturday nights, but we cranked our white noise and it wasn't much of an issue, and we all agreed the positives of our stay far outweighed the noise.

This space was absolutely perfect for the guys on our work trip — relaxed, lowkey, and laid-back, just like them. It had a warm and welcoming vibe that made everyone feel right at home. Truly a comfortable and inviting place that offered the perfect home-away-from-home experience.

Location was perfect for local restaurants, coffee shops, tap rooms and breweries. We parked the car and walked everywhere. The loft was great. Very comfortable with all the necessities. We enjoyed our stay. The perfect place to explore Knoxville.

Wonderful stay, spacious apartments, helpful host! Everything that you could need both in and out of the apartments. Coffee shop across the street, wine shop next door and tons of great restaurants within a short walk. Market Square is an easy walk also. There is weekend nightlife noise, but the host provided earplugs and sound machines in each room, so you don’t even notice. Many restaurants in the area stay open late on weekends. I highly recommend.

Beautiful flat! Beautifully decorated; the cleanest Airbnb I’ve ever stayed; and incredible hosts who were proactive, quickly responsive, helpful, and generous. Love the location with so much to do/eat within walking distance but privacy and peacefulness. Would love to stay here again for my next trip to Knoxville.

Exactly what we needed for the weekend. Just up for my daughter’s orientation and perfect for the occasion. I would suggest A Dopo which is about a 150 yard walk. Sourdough pizza place that was wonderful. You may want to get a reservation. All together great experience at the condo.

Great place! Modern, beds are very comfortable and sheets are soft. Had everything we needed. So many restaurants in walking distance!

It was great getting instant communication as I had to pivot to a home that was closer for my Goddaughter's TYR Pro Swim meet at UT. Seems the host was reading my mind in what our needs were. This home is beautiful, clean, and in a safe area.. The host was responsive and informative. Will definitely consider this home for future visits.

This was a great choice for my stay in Knoxville! The location was perfect - walkable to lots of restaurants, shops, and attractions. The included parking space was very convenient. The space had a lot of thoughtful touches and all the amenities I needed. I especially appreciated having access to a washer and dryer. The building had a lot of character and the space in the apartment was utilized well. There was a bit of a basement feel, but it had a dehumidifier to address the dampness. With several tornado warnings during my visit, I was happy to be in a basement! I had no issues with noise, and didn't even really need the provided white noise machine on the bedside table. There is a window, and it lets in a nice amount of light during the day, but I do wish there were blinds or a way to block out more light overnight and when trying to sleep in in the morning. Overall, a great place and I would definitely stay here again.

They were very responsive, anything I needed or asked they got back to me quickly and efficiently. t]The location is right by the train tracks so just be aware it is loud at times but they do provide earplugs. There was everything we needed and it was comfortable. Also the shower water pressure was great! We would stay here again.
