City Loft w/ View of Gay St

JenRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Dylan and Suzanne were fantastic hosts! Incredibly proactive and helpful - they ensured a seamless experience from start to finish. The loft was exactly as pictured. It has been on our bucket list to have a city loft experience in a beautiful, walkable old city neighborhood and this was just that. We enjoyed being able to walk to dinner, coffee, and the theatre without having to worry about parking from one stop to the next. The beds and pillows were so plush and comfy. The noise machine in the bedroom was a perfect addition to drown out city noise and the occasional train. Needless to say, we slept like babies! Of course no fault of the wonderful hosts, my husband injured his back our first day in the city, so that definitely hindered the walkability (including to parking) during our stay. If there are mobility concerns, I feel certain Dylan and Suzanne would be able to answer any questions! I wouldn’t hesitate to stay at any property hosted by these fabulous folks!

Modern Downtown Loft on Gay St

KrissyRating, 5 stars1 week ago
A nice location at the end of Gay Street to walk to various restaurants/bars in Old City or the Smokies new baseball stadium. The loft itself is great- the mattress caused some sleepless nights as did the noise in the hallway, however after 10..ish, the noise dies down. Just play white noise on your phone, and you’ll be fine. Again, the location is great, the loft is quaint with all the essentials! I wouldn’t be giving a honest review if I didn’t mention the parking, which is completely out of the owners control. If you’re coming without a vehicle- this location is a home run and a must stay. However with a vehicle….the parking was the most aggravating part of my entire work trip. The CAPITAL LOT is up a very steep hill and not how I wanted to start or end my day. Instacart is a must for groceries.

You're not going to find a better location in Knoxville. Right in the heart of downtown and the space is really unique and comfortable. Be ready for some noise at night, but you can't be right downtown and expect it to be quiet.

Modern Old City Loft w/ View of Sunsphere

JamesRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Awesome space and location. Checking in and out was easy. It’s situated directly above the best coffee shop in Knoxville and is walking distance from great restaurants, drinks and breweries. Little pricy on Easter weekend but we split with another couple so it wasn’t bad. All in all a really cool place with a very attentive management company. Would recommend.

Luxury Corner Condo ~ Walk to Old City

AshleyRating, 5 stars3 months ago
If I could stay at this loft every time I’m in Knoxville for school, I would. The location is great, the host is very responsive, and the place itself is lovely. Bed was very comfortable. Kitchen is well stocked. There are quite a few trains that run at night nearby but I’m from the city, so the noise does not bother me. I love that it’s within walking distance to a lot of good food. It was a great place to stay!

Barber Street Flats - Double Loft

TracyRating, 5 stars15 months ago
It was great getting instant communication as I had to pivot to a home that was closer for my Goddaughter's TYR Pro Swim meet at UT. Seems the host was reading my mind in what our needs were. This home is beautiful, clean, and in a safe area.. The host was responsive and informative. Will definitely consider this home for future visits.

Absolutely beautiful apartment in the most perfect location. It really is a stones throw away from almost everything we wanted to do and yet was still quiet, private and peaceful. The host Kristiana was very responsive, transparent and gave clear easy instructions for everything. I would absolutely stay there again if I’m back in Knoxville

Chic Loft-Style Stay ~ Downtown Knoxville!

CaraRating, 5 stars6 days ago
This industrial chic studio apartment in an old factory building was very cool. The building has been redone into apartments/condos. Very cool vibe. The place was extremely clean. The directions for where to park & how to self check in were clear & helpful. The location is great: Old City Knoxville has it going on & was a short & safe walk into downtown. We really enjoyed walking around. Heard the train only once, which added to the industrial chic ambiance.

Exquisite White Lily in Old City

EliotRating, 5 stars6 days ago
We loved our stay here. We stayed for 7 nights. After looking at other stays that were further away from downtown, we decided to bite the bullet on the potential train noise and opt for ease of travel rather than peace and quiet. For us, it was so worth it! This stay was close to everything-- it was so nice to have a place we could go back to to use the bathroom or just cool down in the AC. There is so much to do near by, and I think this stay really made our trip! The first night, my fiance and I woke up for every train... after that, though, no issues! Trains did pass by every night, and you can feel it in the building, and it is loud. However, the sound machines and window cover do a lot to dampen it. This is not a good location for peace and quiet. Your are by the train, and there is night life around. My advice is to embrace it-- or tire yourself out so you sleep like a log. We loved our trip, which is largely attributed to the location and quality of of our accommodations!
