The deck includes a grill and there is a fireplace in the living room. It is the perfect getaway for any season!

The place is just a 3-minute drive from downtown Knoxville and is conveniently close to all the best restaurants and shops downtown Knoxville has to offer! The location of the house also makes it an ideal home-base for trips to UT football/basketball games, UT graduation/special events, the Old City, Suttree Landing Park, and Ijam’s natural center. *We do charge a $15 per night pet fee. This is on individual bases.

Enjoy the many things to see and do in and around Knoxville and then come back and relax in our little dwelling.

Blue Bird Bungalow . Visit and enjoy this completely renovated 1921 Bungalow built for Miss Amy Glenn. The restoration kept the original charm of the bungalow cottage, but added fun and modern conveniences with charm. It has three bedrooms and three bathrooms. Two with fabulously tiled walk in showers and one with the original claw foot tub restored beautifully. Large and very functional kitchen with Five Star gas range, butcher block and marble counters. Guest remark on the cleanliness and small touches. Please Note~There are no added cleaning fees or pet fees. Guests love the large yard, ability to move the living room furniture around to suit their needs, and the games and books. The kitchen is well stocked as well. There are two outdoor areas with seating and smoking is allowed outside. The RV or Boat parking is a bonus. Check ahead for availability. There is a large, padlocked storage shed for bikes and gear.
