Great location close to supermarket and shops. Nice neighborhood and great overall space! Felt right at home :)

This is a hostel, not a hotel. There is 1 bathroom on each floor instead of a private bathroom in each unit, but these bathrooms are nicer and cleaner than hotel bathrooms ever are. The bathroom being busy was never an issue; if it was you could just use the other floor. Instead of a tiny kitchenette inside of your room there is a fully furnished kitchen everyone can use with stoves, ovens, kitchen sinks, fridges and a chest freezer, a pantry with bins marked for each room. The room itself is private with a bed, desk, chair and a TV conveniently located over the desk (easy to plug into a laptop) and a closet, as well as a mini fridge to store any food or drinks you want convenient. All I want in a room, none of the extra I don't want. I consider this hostel arrangement to be far more comfortable and convenient than the typical fully-private hotel. The fact that it is also cheaper than a normal hotel as each unit is smaller is just pure bonus. Highly recommend.

Convenient & cozy spot, close to variety of different activities & restaurants!

Had a great stay! Everything is very organized, all the common spaces have storage spaces with the corresponding units (A,B,C,D). All bedrooms have number pad locks on them to ensure security. The washer and dryer did not have any additional cost and detergent was provided. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances such as rice cooker, air fryer, microwave, and coffee maker.

Seriously one of the BEST Airbnb I have stayed at. What started as 6 weeks turned into 3 months, 99 days to be exact due to my husband's constant change of plans and unpredictable work schedule. Troy was very accommodating, easy to talk to and kept open communication lines. Our stay was also comfortable due to the comforts of home and amenities the place provided. It is convenient too, I literally walked every time to the stores to get groceries. He takes pride in his properties and even has a housekeeping service that comes through very frequently. They too are very friendly and professional. We already know that if we book again in Anchorage after our travel adventures, Troy's places will be where we will want to go! ....Of course if he isn't already booked out! Thanks Troy and staff! 😊

Perfect location for a few nights while on work travel!

Highly recommend this place. Very clean and comfortably usable facilities . Decor is inviting and pleasant. In room tv/fridge/microwave/keurig very convenient. Great price for Anchorage

Nice size room, small kitchen and living room but you have a TV in your room

The place was comfortable and had everything we needed. Caleb was very accomodating and let us rent his car for a trip out to Seward, during which he kindly kept our stuff. He also kindly offered a ride to train depot on the morning of our departure. We even saw moose and rabbit in the neighborhood which was so exciting! Would love to stay again!

Ms. Sheila was a very welcoming host. Was always available for anything I needed help with while staying there. Would stay again.

Everything was fine, I liked everything

Stay with Kurt! I doubt you'll find a better host or a better space. We loved using the sauna and hot tub after a long day, and he's an expert on local information and cooking salmon! The space was comfortable and we felt very welcome. We hope to come back!

My family and I had a wonderful time, wish we could stay longer. The neighborhood is very peaceful, we got to enjoy the sauna, bond fire 🔥 & the kids played on the porch everyday. Very please with everything, they provided high chair and crib for my little one. Oh and the BED’s are sooo comfy!! 😌 Thank you for an amazing stay.

A great place to stay and discover Anchorage. We loved the wood stove that is creating a very warm atmosphere. Jason is an exceptional host, extremely responsive!
