The former village church is located in a 1,600 square meter property in the middle of the village of Erbshausen-Sulzwiesen. Surrounded on all sides, it is an ideal retreat without being "out of this world." Karin is a great host, she was quick to respond to messages. We had problems booking, she gave us help and patiently waited for completion.

We spent an extended weekend at Erminia's. The apartment is very nice, modern and decorated with a lot of love. It had everything we needed. We were there as a couple with two individuals, which is why the small 3rd bedroom was very convenient. We'll be back!

Sabrina is a wonderful hostess! She was friendly and we felt really comfortable right from the start. The apartment is very nicely furnished, bright and super clean. The beds are comfortable and in the morning there was the possibility to make fresh coffee and enjoy it on the balcony. The kitchen has everything you need! The very best thing is the location. So centrally located and yet very quiet! What more could you ask for? You can easily reach everything on foot, explore the city center and there is a great Asian restaurant right across the street. Very clear recommendation! We were completely satisfied with everything and would be happy to come back. Thanks Sabrina!
