Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans l'appartement de Milica avec nos deux enfants. L'appartement dispose de toute les commodités et avons profité de la cuisine pour nous restaurer sur place. L'appartement est très bien situé, à 5 minutes des transports en commun (tramway et métro, 15 minutes du centre ville de vienne) et 10 minutes à pieds du parc de schonbrunn. Toutes les commodités disponibles à côté ( supermarché, pâtisseries, etc.). nous avons été très bien accueilli par Milica et elle a toujours été disponible si besoin. L'appartement est très calme. Merci de nous avoir accueilli chez vous pour les fêtes de Noël, nous avons passé un excellent moment 😃🇦🇹🏰🎄🎅🍺🥐🍰

Hermann always responded quickly to our messages. It was possible to do an earlier check-in. The parking lot is a great advantage. There were two keys for the house, and that was a plus for us because we had a slightly different schedule on one of the nights. Maybe the only con is that from the bedroom, you should go to the bathroom and go through the living room, where there is a second double bed. But if you're a family, like us, it is not so important. The neighbor is calm and quiet. The metro is 10 minutes away.

We are a family of 5 with young children and we stayed at Monika’s place for 8 days in April while visiting relatives - it was simply amazing for every person in our family. There was a small play room for the kids with toys and books, 3 big bedrooms with lots of storage space to unpack, comfortable beds, a huge lounge room, a lovely kitchen with all utensils and amenities provided, washing machine and 2 toilets (1 separate and 1 in a huge bathroom). The wooden dining room had so much character, we loved to eat there in the mornings and look out onto the internal courtyard. The house is secure, and it is behind some lockable security doors leading onto the street. Plenty of street parking. Walkable distance to many good restaurants. Short drive to villages along the Neusiedlersee. About a 50min drive to Vienna centre. Thankyou to Monika for hosting us, it was truly a wonderful stay!

Espectacular estadía! Fue perfecto para nuestro viaje familiar, entrábamos todos perfectamente y muy cómodos. Viajamos con un bebé de 1 año y fue ideal tener una cuna, además había muchos juguetes y libros a disposición! La zona es muy buena. Tiene muchos cafés y restaurantes, y un supermercado se encuentra a solo media cuadra. Estás cerca del centro y de todos los museos. Los dueños siempre fueron muy amables y rápidos para responder nuestras distintas preguntas, además nos dieron muy buenas recomendaciones. Recomendamos mucho esta casa para viajes en familia!! La verdad nos fascinó! Muchas gracias por todo!

I booked this for my daughter and this is her review: “ I had a wonderful time in Vienna and part of the reason is Barbara, a most excellent host and wonderful person. She is considerate, helpful, kind, and always available. Her place is peaceful, quiet, restful, warm, clean and cozy. I had everything I needed for my monthly stay! It is very central, ( the beautiful 6th district!) and I could walk to all my favorite places. Transportation is very close by. The neighborhood is safe and pleasant. Very easy to get to from the airport by bus! Sad to leave…looking forward to being back. Thank you Barbara!

Eine private und sehr persönliche Unterkunft nach meinem Geschmack. Nicht anonym wie viele Ferienwohnungen. Hier wohnt jemand. Betrat die Wohnung und fühlte mich sofort wie zu Hause. Unkomplizierter und sehr netter Kontakt mit dem Vermieter. Durfte meinen Koffer in der Wohnung lassen, da ich erst abends zurück flog. Großzügige sanierte und schön gestaltete Altbauwohnung im 2 Stock (moderner Aufzug) , fully equipped mit allem. Das moderne Bad mit Regendusche und separater Toilette. Sehr ruhig, man hört die Straße kaum. In der Umgebung nette Kneipen. Zentral, man ist zu Fuß in 15 Minuten in der Innenstadt, gute ÖPN Abbildung vom Karlsplatz. Motto " Ein Zuhause in Wien".

Die Kommunikation war supernett und auf jede Frage wurde schnell reagiert. Gute Tipps zu Aktivitäten, Parken, Restaurant etc- Bestnote! Die Wohnung ist eingerichtet mit allem nötigen, gut gelegen, wenn auch nicht ganz leise. Von der Dachterasse hatte ich mir etwas mehr versprochen, aber ein Bier hätte man da schon trinken können wenn das Wetter gepasst hätte. Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen!

Wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt. Von der Unterkunft bis in die Innenstadt ist es auch nicht so weit. In der Umgebung ist alles vorhanden was man an Essen oder anderen Dingen benötigt. Bei fragen hat Sladjana sofort geantwortet. Wir können diese Unterkunft nur empfehlen.

The apartment is really easy to find and tho access. its neat and welcoming with nice windows and a balcony if the weather is good. the layout is really well thought out - it has everything you need. we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this apartment for short city breaks to vienna for sightseeing. the uni campus is close by and the area is nicely landscaped. there is a grocery shop on the corner for all basic needs. great location, great price, small but perfectly formed. the bathroom is a great size and the shower was brilliant. great communication from the friendly hosts. huge thanks for the stay. 😊
