Flat in an old farmhouse

We turned an old stable into an apartment. We tried to preserve the atmosphere of the place. The flat is located in the courtyard of a renovated old farm where we are living ourselves (parents and 2 children). The area is called the Wagram, 3 km away from the Danube and around 50 km away from the center of Vienna. Animals are also part of the family; one cat and a chicken with whom you are welcome to interact. However, they are not allowed in the flat :-)

T2 loft apartment 3 levels, centrally exceptional!

Cozy apartment, ideal for long-term stays. Exceptional room-in-room concept with charming “loft” character. 55 m² on 3 floors; wooden stairs connect the open rooms. On the top level is the sleeping area with a high-quality, large double bed, in the “mezzanine” a room with a desk and around the corner is the fully equipped kitchen. A few steps down is the living area with sofa, bathroom with tub and shower. The toilet is separate.

Become a guest in our family house built in 1684. The building is over 300 years old, the flat has been adapted to the latest standards, air conditioning included. The underground is 8 minutes walk away, the nearest tram 1 minute walk. The flat has its own entrance directly from the private courtyard. A private parking space directly at the accommodation is possible. There is almost always a member of our family on site.
