From Westbahnhof the metro U3 takes you to St. Stephan's Cathedral and the historic center in only 7 minutes. Popular sights like Schönbrunn Castle, Ringstraße with its museums and historical buildings, Museumsquartier and Naschmarkt can be reached easily by walking or by public transportation. Splendid apartment in historical building, 1909, last floor with two roof-decks, panoramic views and perfect natural light atmospheres, spacious rooms with high ceiling, cable TV, WI-FI, open living room with kitchen as well as chilling room for guests in Vienna. Parquet. Spacious bath room with bathtub. Toilet in extra room. Very charming place in one of the most beautiful areas of Vienna with plenty of history around (museums, restaurants, bars). Very close to the city center.

The apartment is right next to a park so there's hardly any traffic. The whole building is brand-new (construction work finalized in January 2022). It has a private 19m2 terrace with comfy lounge furniture, accessible from the bed- & living room.

Flat in an old farmhouse

We turned an old stable into an apartment. We tried to preserve the atmosphere of the place. The flat is located in the courtyard of a renovated old farm where we are living ourselves (parents and 2 children). The area is called the Wagram, 3 km away from the Danube and around 50 km away from the center of Vienna. Animals are also part of the family; one cat and a chicken with whom you are welcome to interact. However, they are not allowed in the flat :-)

T2 loft apartment 3 levels, centrally exceptional!

Cozy apartment, ideal for long-term stays. Exceptional room-in-room concept with charming “loft” character. 55 m² on 3 floors; wooden stairs connect the open rooms. On the top level is the sleeping area with a high-quality, large double bed, in the “mezzanine” a room with a desk and around the corner is the fully equipped kitchen. A few steps down is the living area with sofa, bathroom with tub and shower. The toilet is separate.

Become a guest in our family house built in 1684. The building is over 300 years old, the flat has been adapted to the latest standards, air conditioning included. The underground is 8 minutes walk away, the nearest tram 1 minute walk. The flat has its own entrance directly from the private courtyard. A private parking space directly at the accommodation is possible. There is almost always a member of our family on site.
