The apartment is on the ground floor. Free parking is available behind the house. The apartment is 15 minutes from BER Airport. A shuttle service is available by arrangement.

The fully equipped studio apartment is on the first floor . The small shopping for groceries, pharmacy, restaurants and pizza service can be done within 500 m of the property. The bright and cozy apartment is equipped with two single beds (0.90 x 2.0 m) , closet, dining table with chairs, fully equipped fitted kitchen with hotplates, kettle, coffee maker, fridge, bathroom with shower. Bed linen, bed linen and towels are provided.

There is no heating for safety reasons. If you're interested, you can play table tennis, badminton or just relax in the shade or sun.

Our houseboat is a cozy, modern fixed boat, which is located on a jetty of a campsite. The high-quality equipment and the fantastic view over the Templin lake make it difficult for us to leave every time. In summer we enjoy the 90 sqm roof terrace, which also invites you to barbecue. Through underfloor heating, fireplace and private sauna, we make our houseboat a fantastic retreat even in winter.

Life on the pony farm

The vacation rental is located right in the middle of our four-sided farm. When you step out the front door, you are right in the green inner courtyard. Our tenants and guests like to meet at the large wooden table for barbecuing, chatting, playing table tennis or drinking after-work beer. In winter, the action then shifts to the conservatory and the fireplace.
