Access to the property is via a steep old wooden staircase. Therefore not suitable for people with walking difficulties or those who are heavily intoxicated. Die ca. 32 m2 große Einzimmer-Ferienwohnung wurde 2024 frisch renoviert (max. für 2 Personen). Zur umfangreichen Ausstattung gehören Backofen, Spülmaschine, 43 Zoll QLED Fernseher, Digitalradio, Föhn uvm. Bettwäsche und Handtücher werden während Ihres Aufenthaltes zur Verfügung gestellt. In order to completely relax, the private sauna can be used once for FREE (each additional time costs €10). Ideal for those who want to get out of the everyday stress and "do nothing - want nothing"!

Apartment with bathroom & single kitchen + garden use

The apartment is in a quiet location near the city center (walking distance: 10 minutes). The apartment is closed and has a separate entrance. You have the option to prepare small meals, coffee or tea in the single kitchen. The outdoor seating is welcome to be used, as well as a grill is available (please ask), lawn use is not a problem.

This spacious 3-room apartment with 107 m² is located on the first floor of our 2-family house in Gaukönigshofen - in the heart of the Ochsenfurt Gau - 20 km south of Würzburg near the popular Gaubahn cycle path.
