Vacation rentals with beach access in Kissimmee

Great place to stay with almost everything from Disney to universal city walk so close by and amazing pool. Amazing view in the morning and sunset. Definitely would love to come back!

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb near Disney World! The house was super clean, cozy, and had all the essentials for a comfortable visit. The location was perfect, very close to Disney parks and convenient to shops and restaurants. It made our trip smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend this place for anyone planning a Disney World vacation!

My first experience with Airbnb was fantastic! Louis is a great host - very communicative, shared lots of tips, and made the stay from check-in to check-out a breeze! The unit itself was extremely clean and stocked with every essential one could need. The location is great; just a very short walk to the pool (I could see the pool from the screened-in back porch) and a quick drive to the parks. We had a super fun time and hope to stay here again!

Jodi was always very responsive. We ended up having to do a late check in, and Jodi was very responsive. I was grateful that he allowed us to bring our dog to his home. The backyard is simply amazing. If you can, let him know in advanced the time of your check in and tell him about your A/C temperature preference, as the control is in his home. Even when we checked in late, he was attentive and accommodating in regards to this too.

Beautiful house, spotless and well-decorated. Everything was just as described, and the beds were super comfy. We really enjoyed our time here and felt right at home. Great value for Orlando!

Rhonda and Chip's place was incredible. Sitting out on the back porch overlooking the lake was one of the most peaceful places I have ever been. Both restaurant recommendations were spectacular. My husband had an accident and they were more helpful and accommodating than I could imagine. They are lovely people and the house was perfect. Everything was immaculate and the kitchen had all the utensils, pots and pans etc. that you could want if you were inclined to cook, which we did a little of. The beds were great to sleep on, and the living room chairs were very comfy. We will definitely be staying with them again when we return to the area.

We had an amazing time at Jimmys. The house exceeded our expectations. Super comfy beds, lovely heated pool, amazing games room for the kids and plenty of space. We stayed at Garret's house for 4 months while having our house built. The home was extremely spacious and perfect for all of our needs. What separated Garret from other hosts was his communication. He was always available and very quick to offer remedies for the very few small issues that came up. i would highly recommend Garret and his home!

This place was everything I hoped for. From the moment I booked, Sylvia was incredibly responsive and friendly, answering questions and providing helpful tips for my stay. The condo itself was spotless and beautifully decorated. I was impressed with how clean and well-maintained everything was. It truly felt like a home away from home. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything needed to cook meals, which was a huge plus. The location was ideal for my work trip. It was just a short drive to the city, and there were plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Javier was great to work with. He was very responsive to requests and quick to reply. He came by to help me with something in the garage and gave me a brief walk through of things while there. The house was very nice, clean, comfortable and the AC worked great. Beds were comfy, TV's and fans in the two larger bedrooms. The back yard was great to relax and play with the dog. We crated our dog when not at the house, but the dog door was a nice added touch that allowed ours to go in and out as she pleased when we were at the house. We brought an air fryer with us, however, the kitchen had one when we arrived. For our activities, the location was perfect between where our Daughter was staying with her team and the Orange County Convention Center. Walmart is right around the corner and Publix across the street. Wawa convenience store right down the street with excellent Blueberry Cobbler Coffee. We had a great stay.

Noah was VERY responsive and helped me with my requests to the best of his ability. The place looked exactly like the photos taken. The area was also very peaceful and if you’re up early enough you can see the bunnies hopping around. I would definitely book again. Thank you again Noah, you made my family vacation memorable

Nick was responsive when we had issues getting through security very late at night. Overall, the place was immaculately clean and spacious. The resort was fantastic. We hope to return.

Ann was really helpful in accommodating our last minute stay. We were stranded from a fake bnb earlier in the day and she responded at 12 in the morning, did her best to get us to the listing and booking it. The room was nice and clean, there were mirrors everywhere so that was fun.

I'm very happy to be back at Bahama Bay. This apartment is really cozy, after my previous positive experience, the choice to come back here was obvious. The owners take care of every detail to make you feel at home. The apartment is clean and comfortable, the kitchen is well-stocked and the bed is very comfortable. The location is ideal, right next to the resort's most beautiful pool, overlooking the white sandy beach of the lake and the bar restaurant. Sylvie is a kind person and always available. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a pleasant and quality stay. It will definitely be my first choice for my next Disney trips. Finally, just 15 minutes away there is a huge outlet where I found Italian clothes at more advantageous prices than in Italy!

Awesome Airbnb! Very clean and comfortable. Plenty of room for my family of 5. The shower and tub were very nice. Very close to the pools.
