My place is in Compass Bay, a nice and quiet gated community near the attractions and major roads. Only 6 miles to Disney Springs and all Disney parks, 5 miles to the Premium Outlets, 10 miles to Universal Studios. This is a new, nice, cozy and clean townhome with 2 Bedrooms and 1.5 Bathrooms. You will really enjoy the swimming pool, the covered picnic area, and the kids will love the playground too! Parking spaces are in front of the unit. Hello travelers, we offer a portion of our home with a private entrance off the pool area. Your area has 2 bedrooms with queen beds and internet TVs and a private bathroom. The mini kitchen has a small refrigerator, a coffee maker, microwave and a bread toaster. Please note the pool is shared with my family and another set of travelers. Hello! We offer a portion of our home with a King sized bed, a large private bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub, and a Harry Potter play area accessed by rock climbing wall.
