Vacation rentals with beach access in Key West

We had a great time staying at this property. We liked it because it is very easy to get to, has it's own beach, and has plenty of room for a family. Key Colony is a real gem IMHO. We wanted a property that put us in a central location in the keys - 45 minutes to Islamadora, a little over an hournl from Key West, but in a place that is great for snorkeling and water activities. This place fits that perfectly. The property is easy to check into to, Yuni give a code in advance for the door. Parking is under the building in the shade (big plus) and right in front of the elevator. Super convenient! The kitchen is nice, we cooked meals on probably 3 nights. Beds were comfortable and there is a washer/dryer that is really nice to have on vacation. Great host for sure. If in the keys again I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again as it was a very positive experience.

Key Colony Beach is truly the gem of the Florida Keys. Staying at Cindy's apartment in the Continental was the perfect fit for my husband and I. The private beach was clean, easy to access, and just steps from the accommodation. The overall vibe here was quiet and peaceful, and the apartment had all the amenities we needed for a 5-day stay. Cindy's space is very clean and well-appointed. This location is perfect for morning walks around the immaculate and safe neighborhood, or short jaunts to Key Colony Inn or Havana Jack's for dinner/drinks. Honestly now, you're already here! What's your hurry? :)

Norma’s place was great! Norma was super helpful with recommendations, quick communication, and her place was comfortable & perfect for the 4 of us (2 couples). Can’t wait to come back.

As described. Very clean. Air conditioning units in main room and bedroom. Full size fridge. Safe area, Located in the middle of Duval st - just an eight block walk to either end and includes so many restaurants, bars, cafes, shops, cvs, Walgreens. Best way to get around is rent bicycles each day. Tom met us to check in to make sure we got in easily.

We had a fabulous stay at Michael’s place. It was beautifully decorated with a coastal, relaxing feel. We enjoyed the pool and beach area and all of the amenities the community had to offer. Michael was responsive and helpful. We would highly recommend for your Keys getaway!

This hideaway was just what we were looking for. The space is tight, but there are inventive storage solutions to help . The private hot tub was really nice. Would stay again if back in Key West.

1st time in the keys and we stayed at Ana's lovely place for 4 days and 3 nights. It was the perfect jump off place to explore the keys. When we originally pulled up I was a little nervous as the exterior of the building is a little older and I was concerned maybe I booked something that was not as advertised, but the inside was absolutely gorgeous, better than the pictures and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The private beach and pier made for spectacular sunrises and sunsets, the only item to note was that the unit is upstairs and you need to hand carry your luggage to the top floor, so something to be aware of.

Spacious and comfortable condo for a family of four! We enjoyed the pools, swimming lagoon, pickleball courts, and the sitting areas on the ocean. The kitchen is well-appointed and the attached private laundry room was a bonus. The beds in both rooms were very comfortable. We regularly did the 5-minute drive to Pennekamp State Park for the sandy beach, rental kayaks and paddle boards through the mangroves, and snorkeling trips to the reefs and shipwrecks. We also enjoyed the local fish markets in the marina just a short walk from the unit. We will stay here again.

Everything was excellent. Only complaint would be the bicycles. One bike was usable but the seat was loose and we didn’t have tools to fix it. The other adult bike’s chain was rusted so bad it wasn’t usable. We still had an excellent experience.

We had a delightful time. The unit was clean & comfortable and easily accommodated our party of 5 adults. The balcony was very pleasant and had a great relaxing view. The shared beach was also very relaxing with plenty of chairs and a nice covered card table area. This is in addition to the multiple seating options at our private pool. Families were enjoying the provided kayaks of which there were plenty. Susan and Dale were extremely responsive to all of our inquiries including showing up to address an issue within 15 minutes! Overall we had a very pleasant stay.

We loved our stay at Jeffery's house. It is spacious and very comfortable. My husband appreciated the proximity to the pickleball courts - we could see them from our bedroom windows- and my son enjoyed fishing off the dock. The upper suite was wonderful for privacy and quiet when the older kids stayed up later than the adults. Jeffery was super helpful and responsive. We would love to stay here again!

The place was really nice. One thing that I didn't like was that the beach really wasn't a beach and to get to the water there was just a little walkway and trying to get the kayak down to the water it was a little hard. The pool needs more lights, so it is easier to see. Also, we had a really hard time with the TV's getting them to work. The king size bed was really comfortable. There were lots to see and do and the place really wasn't too far from Key West so not a bad drive.

We had a great time at Paradise Found. The property was lovely and clean, all very well maintained. The location was beautiful, backing onto the water and enormously peaceful, a great setting. Kari was very communicative and always responded quickly to any queries. Overall, we were very happy.

Great place to stay. It’s a house in a community with a lot of activities available. There’s an extra $125 fee for that, but it’s worth it.

Alfonso is a very responsive host who provided clear details, local recommendations (multiple of which we used), and provided a place in a great location. Neighbors are friendly. Place was clean. Perfect for our family with a 14 and 6 year old.

The hosts were so accommodating and friendly. The space was newly remodeled with excellent quality and style of workmanship. It was also immaculately clean and incredibly well stocked. Our family of five (three young adult boys) was always comfortable. The hosts thought of everything you could want on vacation. They worked with us to make sure we had a place to dock and use our wave runners, there was outdoor dining and grilling space, complete with a filtered ice machine and an outdoor chest fridge for any fishing, a beautiful spot overlooking the canal, a pergola over the sitting area to provide extra shade, and the house itself was gorgeous and well appointed with plenty of space. We’d love to visit again!

Great experience, great host and accommodations. Hot tub wasn't working while we were there, but repair was delayed over the holiday week which was out of the hosts' control. Very communicative and responsive.

The condo was well equipped and in a quiet spot. We loved the beach and didn’t have problems finding chairs. It’s not a huge beach so it wasn’t noisy or crowded. The pool is also very nice! There are beach towels, rafts and sand toys in the unit which was great. There is an area under the building with ping pong, a mini pool table and other games too. We have older kids but would’ve loved to have found this place when they were little. It’s perfect for young families with the pool and small beach. We definitely had a chance to unwind during our stay. Desy was super responsive to my questions and messages.

Great place for a family. The pool and beach were ideal for kids and the little tiki bar was great for us. The surroundings were lush. We would stay here again.

My twin sister and I had such a wonderful time at Kim's home celebrating our birthday. She is super responsive and the place was exactly as described! It was so nice to sit on the patio in the morning and overlook the beautiful water. Pool is very nice and plenty to do in the property with the beach, tennis courts, BBQ, restaurant/baror just walk around in a safe, secluded environment. Condo was perfectly appointed with all the comforta and amenities of home! Can't wait to visit with Kim again! Wish I could give her 10 stars !!!!

The unit is just like the photos and was very comfortable! John was helpful and helped make for an enjoyable stay! Would happily stay here again

Michelle was great! Very responsive and understanding when we had to make a last minute trip change. Unit was clean, bright and had a nice view. It’s a nice location between Key Largo and Islamorada making it convenient to explore both. We didn’t use any of the resort’s amenities, but there was an influx of seaweed at the small beach. Just one downside of this time of years in the Keys. But the pool looked great!

This place checked all the boxes! The location of this particular unit was awesome. Close to the pool, but not too close. A short walk to the beach area, and those views from the balcony are second to none. Largo is very responsive and very easy to communicate with. Tavernier Key is the perfect location to many activities. Our family misses this trip already.

Went to Cynthia's place 1/18-1/21. It was better than the pictures. The Kawama community, the lagoon and Key Largo are beautiful. First time visiting Key Largo and there's much to do.,,fishing, snorkeling, biking, and visit John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park. I went with my three sons for a long weekend for fishing and went to Key West. The lagoon is few feet from the patio to enjoy a swim. My boys loved it. Cindy kept in touch with me to see if everything was good. I had a great time and her place is is neat, clean and meticulously maintained. Go and enjoy!
