Vacation rentals with lake access in Key West

Martha’s place was just as described, it was very clean and nicely decorated. She has everything you need, we did a lot of cooking and kitchen was well equipped. The 3 bedrooms all had their own bathrooms which was great. We had 6 adults and one 15 month old so there was plenty of space at the dining room table and in the spacious living room. A great bonus was the screened in porches, two not one! Great to hang out and have breakfast and dinner on the lower level or head up to the master screened porch which has 4 large comfy chairs to hangout and talk. The resort style pool was perfect for all of us so that we could relax and get some sun while having a down day. Martha was very helpful and responsive, we will definitely be back.

We took our two small children on vacation here. It was such a perfect sized unit for our small family. There were beach towels, pool & beach toys for our kids, a scooter, etc. having the pool steps away was also so nice to have as an easy, close-by activity! Very very safe & friendly “neighbors”. They also had a pack n play. The only thing we wish they had was a highchair (kind of tricky with a 1 year old at a high top bar stool seating). But we knew that going into it! With it being a gated community, it felt very quiet and we often took strolls with the kids around the area and watched the sunset from the public patio by the water. There were grills to use, an outdoor shuffle board, & lots of fun local places to check out and/or eat at. We drove to key west a few days, which was just over an hour. Again, such a great location to be away from the hustle & bustle, but still be able to explore and check out all the neighboring keys as well. Benjamin was so helpful with any questions

Great place. Clean comfortable. Kitchen was well appointed. Great location. We had dinner at Snappers (a walk of a few houses down) a couple of times.

We spent an amazing week in the house of Kelly and Shane. The location on the waterfront is unbeatable and the house itself is super convenient, nicely remodeled and has a very cozy feel to it. We spent days in a row fishing from the dock, prepared our catch of the day on the bbq on the terrace, and caught shrimp at night which served as bait for the next day. There are great beaches, restaurants, and all kinds of day trips at hand if you wish to leave the property ;). Kelly and Shane are great hosts, with tons of tips - they clearly love the area and put great effort in the maintenance of the house and dock. They are super quick and easy in their communication and all three of us (me, husband and our 12 year old son) look forward to staying at their property again!

The place was great, it felt very private and welcoming. We were able to enjoy all the great amenities daily, the pool, pingpong table, and even pickle ball! Theres a lot more to see, you really wont be bored. We really enjoyed the included kayak as well! As for the host Lenin, he was very kind and very attentive from the first day to the last. He is a real problem solver and always answered any questions quickly. Highly recommend for anyone needing a retreat to key largo, lots of good restaurants nearby.

We loved staying at this home in Marathon. My family of 5 (three young kids; 9, 6 & 1) plus 4 other adults all stayed here comfortably and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. We all felt right at home! The home was spotless and kept very clean. The location was great and we LOVED the backyard with everything it offered. The kids especially loved the yard. There are numerous marinas right by the home, which made renting a boat very convenient. Highly recommend doing so! We loved having the extra amenities like the kayak and paddle boards as well! Whenever I needed to get in touch with the host Carmen, she was very communicative and responded right away. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend! Thank you again!

Had an awesome stay at this property during the first full week of lobster season. Located in Venture Out on Cudjoe Key, this house was perfect for our family of 4 with 2 kids under 10. The kitchen had plenty of dishes, silverware, and cooking supplies to make full use of it during our stay. The coffee was well stocked as well (both pods and carafe packets). We really enjoyed the location, amenities, and everything included with our stay. Also really appreciate the level of communication provided by the hosts, top notch.

The property managers are so friendly and helpful, we loved the pickleball court and kayaks! Good thing the bait and tackle shop is so close too! Very convenient to parks, fishing, key west, etc. La Chapina is an unforgettable restaurant.

My husband and I had such a relaxing time staying here! We felt like we were having a mini adventure, but still had all the essentials we needed. We saw manatees, dolphins, and tarpon. And we fished off the back dock at night. It was so beautiful how clear the skies were from the view of this house boat, we saw so many stars. We’ll be back again and I’m already sending the link to friends who were asking about our stay!
