Excellent host. Very good property with Tesco, Co op stores near by. Indian and Chinese restaurants within walkable distance.. New property, can't ask for more. Host was very kind to give extra time during checkout. Highly recommended property.

Everything was perfect and as described..location was ideal and right next to the complex with space for two cars which was great. The facilities in the bungalow were great and having two toilets was worth it. There was an issue with trying to get hot water in the shower where David was rapid in his response, the water did still go cold every now and again but nothing major. Great stay, great communication and will 100% be back for sure. 5 stars all round ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We had a fantastic few days staying at the Wigwam. It was clean and very spacious and had everything we needed for our family of 4. The location was perfect, right on the beach and a short distance from the main centre and shop. Susan was very responsive with any quiestions we had. We will definitely return :)

Having visited Southerness a couple of times before we knew the area was beautiful and had lots to offer but this is by far the best place we've stayed! Compact, clean, cozy and comfortable with stunning views out almost every window! Our young daughter was very taken with 'the little house' and our dog was more than delighted with a decent garden and private access to the beach. Paul and Linda couldn't have been more helpful or friendly, ensuring we had everything we needed and going above and beyond. We very much look forward to staying again in the future!

Great location to explore the area from - we barely had to use the car as there was plenty to explore on our doorstep. The house was roomy and had incredible views! It was very warm and had everything we needed. It could definitely do with a deep clean but was clean enough for a short stay. Other than that we had a great stay!

A really nice and cozy bungalow, suitable for 2 couples, on the outskirts of Kendal. We stayed here during the Kendal Mountain Festival and getting in and out of town was very easy and that was without using the bus which stops at the top of the road every 30mins. Stuart was really helpful and contacting him was super easy, he greeted us on check-in and made us feel right at home.

We were excited to visit as the property looked amazing in the pictures, however we didn't expect it to be even better than we had imagined! The views were stunning, the house was cozy, inviting and clean. It was plenty big for our group of 4 adults and 3 kids ( plus 1 dog). The thoughtful touches such as a starter pack of wood for the fire was lovely. Kitchen had absolutely everything we needed for a short 3 night break. We explored some local walks over our break and also ventured to Windermere. Having this house to come back to at the end of a busy day was a real treat. We are already hoping to return so we can enjoy the view on a summers day!

Had a lovely few days at Catbells. Wonderful hosts Jane and Wal really want you to have a good time and enjoy your break and gave us lots of interesting information when they came to meet us on arrival for a quick tour of the house and how everything works. A lovely message on the terrace and welcome pack were really appreciated. The bungalow is tastefully decorated, clean, warm and homely. It is very well equipped with lots of little extras that are very thoughtful. Great views from the kitchen and living room and lots of birds visiting the feeder in the morning at the back. The games shed is a must packed with all sorts of activities including darts and table tennis. Very short walk to the village, beach and train station. We did the coastal walk to Whitehaven and caught the train back. Great location for the lakes as well. Wish we had been able to stay longer as there was plenty more we could have done. Amazing home and hosts - would highly recommend.

The place inside is very spacious, modern and clean. Everything you need is in the house from everything in the kitchen, bedrooms, living room Some beautiful walks all around. Town close by has nice pubs and cafes. Loved the house and area and will definitely stay there again.

The bungalow was just what we needed. Easy to walk into Penrith (so long as you don't mind the hill!), ideally situated for visiting family and the lakes, perfectly comfortable, and plenty of space in the garden for the kids to play. A great find - we will be back!! Thank you!

We booked a last minute weekend away to spend time with our dog who is terminally ill and for us to relax with him away from home. Lovely peaceful stay, amazing views and our dog loved getting to run around in a secure garden. Spotlessley clean, homely and our host was super friendly. Would definately recommend and we will be back again soon.

We had a very pleasant, flexible, relaxt stay feeling immediately at home at Sarah's place. With 2 bedrooms, a spacious kitchen with all equipments, living room and car park next to the small holiday house, comfort en convenience were fully present. The key locker and electronic gate opener provided flexibility with checkin (late checkin is not a problem after a day of traveling) and checkout. The holiday house is located further down the back, with a private driveway and garden separated by fence from the owners garden and near the open green fields. A perfect location to explore the environment by car or go into Carlisle itself. There is also a green park near a river not too far from the accommodation. We felt at home and had an excellent stay. Recommended!
