We are situated 5 minutes walk from Derwent Water and the Nicol End Marina for kayaking and water activities. Portinscale has a pub that serves food and a cafe. Our favourite eating places nearby are Swinside Inn and the Ivy Restaurant in Braithwaite. Keswick is a mere 5 minute drive or 20 minute walk for eating out, shopping and outdoor sports.

The house offers private off street parking and pretty garden to front and back with seating area. Also a real log fire in the front sitting room. All mod cons, from Smart TV, great WIFI. Washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave, fridge freezer, cooker. We have a BBQ and table tennis table too. Brand new bathroom
