We absolutely loved our time here. We’ve stayed in other airbnbs where the reviews seemed a little overblown - not here. Its such a peaceful and stylish haven! And Liz made us feel very welcome without intruding at any point. Loved it so much we started looking on RightMove for our future home.

Fantastic place to stay, thoroughly enjoyed our long weekend and will be somewhere we would easily come back to. Jamie and his family made the stay very enjoyable. They had recommendations on locals places to eat as well as things to do and go to. In addition the tour of the vineyard was a lovely thing to do and Frank’s very informative and tour made the wine tasting at the end all the more enjoyable as learnt quite a few things not heard before on other vineyard tours. Would recommend on booking enquiring about a tour. In addition to be able to purchase wine at the end of the tour being a vineyard it was also available in the accommodation. The accommodation was just perfect, the location amazing and a great base to go off and explore whether going to places to walk or just wanting food. A fantastic place to stay.

We had a fabulous stay at oak tree lodge, Nigel is a lovely host, so helpful and kind. The lodge itself was spacious but felt super cosy, everything had been thought about even down to little extras such a biscuits and marshmallows for the fire. We spent our time exploring the area and found some great things to do, symmonds yacht was great for the kids. Monmouth town was a great morning out also. Our daughter loved seeing squirrels, pheasants and birds right outside the lodge. Hot tub was lovely, really easy to use and stayed hot for ages. Everything about this place is delightful and we had a wonderful time thank you so much Nigel.

absolutely the perfect location, accommodation was very comfortable, clean/tidy. surrounding woods full of wildlife, but also very peaceful.
