Located only 10 miles south of Seatac Airport, 20 miles south of Seattle, and only 10 miles north of Tacoma. We are close to the Aquatic Training Center, many shops and restaurants and 20 miles from White River Amphitheater. A retreat for a couples weekend get-away, traveling business professionals or a vacation family that needs a private space to relax.

Neighbors are not close. The shower is in an outdoor room accessed through the bathroom, private but not heated.
