This stay was excellent! We loved the interior decor and amenities - a very cozy place to come home to after rainy Seattle days. The hosts added nice touches like snacks, coffee, and sleeping earplugs. The neighborhood is walkable and on the same corner as the D Line to downtown, which made it very easy to explore the city with public transit. (In fact, during a week's stay, we didn't take an Uber a single time.) Awesome place, and I would stay again!

If you’re looking for a very affordable Airbnb that is a block away from the Climate Pledge Arena, this is a great place! Brandon, the host, is very responsive and easy to get help from. His instructions for the place and how to get in were very well put together, making for a nice easy process. The rooftop is a fun addition to the stay and is a great place for views and more. One of the main reasons I chose this instead of a nearby hotel is because the price is the same. Why pay for a hotel room when you can get your own access, rooftop access, grill space, and a kitchen all to yourself? I would suggest this place and will likely come back.

This was a great spot to stay! Easy to get to from the airport. Close to public transit and major sites but not too crowded or busy. All the restaurants and coffee shops nearby were great! Inside, the walls are thin so it’s not the most quiet place but the bed was so comfy, we slept fine. Overall, it was an awesome stay.

It’s always nice when there is a chocolate from the local Chocolate purveyor…since there were two of us, it would have been nice for two…but, my wife loved it. 🤣 I’d recommend and stay again the next time we are in Seattle.

You can't beat this location. I've stayed here before and this time we walked to restaurants and the Proctor Farmer's Market. The hosts are super responsive. I forgot to ask that the extra bed be made up, and they did that for me while we were out to dinner. The place is pristine and cozy and I like that the carport is available rather than street parking. I definitely recommend and I will be back.

First, I cannot say enough positive about our hosts, Marianne and John. They were delightful and went above and beyond. It was a wonderful, quiet cottage near the water. There are trails that I couldn't take advantage of due to my recent surgery, but I enjoyed the water view and watching the birds from the living room. I specifically appreciated the walk-in shower, heated bathroom floor, and plush towels. Easy short drive to great restaurants in Olde Burien, easy access to Seattle, and very close to the airport.

Just as described. Fantastic location walking distance to many restaurants and sites. Perfect home base for Climate Pledge Arena activities. Parking in the building was a breeze and spacious (at least for a Mazda cx-30). And the rooftop has the same view as Kerry Park within the hike up the hill. Reviews note the building is older and the apartment is near the lobby- if you’re looking for silence, it’s probably not the right choice. But excellent location and space for our needs.

This is a very comfortable place to stay. There's a large main room with a kitchen and living area, as well as a separate bedroom and bath. The place is not cluttered, and the kitchen has pretty much everything you need. The off-street parking was invaluable. The hosts were very responsive and we had a very pleasant and comfortable stay.

We really enjoyed Rebecca’s place. The view is incredible and the home is very clean and cozy. We didn’t spend a lot of time at the house but the beds were very comfortable and linens were very clean. We had everything we needed for the one meal we did cook at the house. We would stay here again!

Host allowed us early check in and greeted us outside when we arrived. Place was immaculate but what impressed me the most was the amenities that was provide that i never saw anywhere else. Keurig coffee, creamer, sugar, ramen, oatmeal, soda, water, spices, cooking oil, toiletries like toothbrush/toothpaste, floss,, shaving cream and razor, and even Listerine. It was like staying at Auntie's for a few days. Glad I didn't stay downtown and dela with high rent, no parking, and homeless people. Was only 20 minutes away so well worth the time to drive there. Glad I took the advice of the other guests and would definitely stay again on the future. Thanks Edith!

Carlos was a great host with many helpful links and recommendations to navigate the area. The apartment was clean with all the amenities described. We were attending a convention, which was easily walkable while booking the place for quite a bit less than other offerings (and with better reviews) than other listings. Drove up from Portland and with the SpotHero app recommendation was able to save money and find parking easily. Also was pleased to be able to easily park on the street for free 8pm-8am. All in all would recommend. If you’re sensitive to noise, pack some earplugs. It’s a charming old building in the heart of the city. As such, there is noise throughout the night. The amazingly comfy mattress and a set of cheap earplugs made for great sleep.

I would absolutely stay here again if/when I make it back to Seattle. The unit was spacious and perfectly clean with comfortable furniture. We never had trouble finding parking right outside of the front door. Alki Beach is all the best of a beach town with the convenience of being a 15-min drive into the city. It is a beautiful and quiet area, with plenty of safe sidewalks and paths along the water. Jay recommended lots of great restaurants and coffee shops only a short walk away, and there were multiple grocery stores within a 5 min drive. Jay was a great host! Provided clear instructions for accessing the unit, great local recommendations, and was super responsive. Thank you for having us!

This is our third stay with Jeffrey and Linda ... so that should pretty much say everything. It is a great little space. Always clean and comfortable. For those who think you need a big space to enjoy your time, this probably isn't for you. It is small (I prefer "cozy"). But it's just the right size for the two of us. Everything is in great condition. There is attention to detail--and love the electric fireplace, both for warmth when needed and for ambiance. And they provide instructions for everything--TV, fireplace, even the smoke detector. We will be back.

One of the best airbnb stays I have ever had in my travel journey. Very clean and matches the description mentioned in the listing. Comfortable bed. Wireless charger at the bedside was a game-changer. Bathroom is elegant, good amenities with a bathroom-laundry combo. I also liked the lighting features where you could control the brightness. Beautiful and well-maintained backyard. Lot of restaurants within a short driving distance. Extremely close to the SeaTac rental car facility/airport. Would definitely stay at this place if I ever plan to visit Seattle again. Highly recommend!!

Debbie's basement unit is our go to spot when visiting family in Seattle. It is clean, cozy, convenient, and a great value for the space. The unit has everything you'll need for a short or extended stay and is within walking distance to the light rail which makes it easy to get around town even without a vehicle. Debbie is an excellent host - friendly and always responsive to any questions or concerns we may have. We would definitely recommend her home.

Our stay at Katya’s place in Laurelhurst neighborhood of Seattle was great. The unit was in great condition and was very well outfitted with everything that any guest would need. We were greeted with a very nice note from Katya welcoming us to Seattle along with freshly baked danish rolls, which was so kind. And she provided additional towels and supplies for our dog, which was very helpful considering rainy Seattle weather during our visit. We would certainly recommend this unit to others and hope to stay there again in the future.

This Airbnb was perfect for my time in Seattle. The building felt very safe and Olga was available for anything I needed. The bed was so comfy and the room was very cozy. Kitchen had all the essentials I needed for cooking. Washer and Dryer was super convenient for laundry I had piled up. Location is superrrr convenient with Target right downstairs and Pike Place Market right around the corner. Though it’s in a busy area, noise is not an issue. Would absolutely stay here again.

This home is gorgeous! In a beautiful neighborhood very walkable to many restaurants and a coffee shop is right at the end of the road. It was a lovely community and very safe. About a 15 minute uber to the main spots of Seattle. The home was fully stocked with all the necessities and comforts of home and had lots of special touches. Host is incredibly helpful and responsive. The place was immaculately clean. Views from the living room were an added bonus. Would definitely stay here again!
