House vacation rentals in Kemptown

Fabulous lodge with a lovely private garden in a quiet location in the park. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay - the accommodation was very comfortable with everything we could possibly need. Corrina was very supportive when I had a couple of questions. Highly recommended and would happily stay there again.

Wow Wow Wow..... Enjoyed a 4night break here last week for mums 65th birthday, brought all the family which ranged from 4 - 70yrs old and we loved it! The house, the bedrooms and the gardens are beautiful! The pool is super, the kids couldn't wait to get in every morning. The older ones enjoyed the tennis courts and pool table. The kitchen was a fantastic size for us all to gather for meals and mini parties, it has everything you could possibly need. Bathrooms are well equipped with shampoo and body wash, towels and hair dryers. The lounge is cosy and there are books and games. We also enjoyed nature walks straight from the garden. Unfortunately, we didn't get round to trying out the local pub, hopefully next time! Thank you to Emma and co for warm greeting and showing us round, with clear instructions and lovely send off. Thank you to Sophie for the recommendations on local activities etc and quick responses. Highly recommend a stay at Spring Farm!

We spent a lovely week at Alison's farm. Beautiful location near charming Ticehurst and Wadhurst (both have good Pubs), incredible views across open countryside and hills from the heated outdoor pool, which our daughter loved. Slides, swings and a trampoline bonus points with kids. Alison was friendly and helpful. The Shed itself is warm and comfortable, kitchen is kitted out for basic meals, and the two ensuite bathrooms are super spacious and have good showers with hot water plus bathtubs. There is so much to do in the area from beautiful walks, tastings at vineyards, to cyclyng in Bedgbury, boating in Bewl Water and seaside beauties Rye and Camber in the vicinity.

The stay was wonderful, our host was very welcoming there is nothing to be complained about. A lovely environment and lovely home.

This is an amazing and beautiful eco property. Ivana and John have spent a lot of time carefully considering so many aspects of their beautiful home. The location is so peaceful. The beautiful aspect across their garden meant you could see wildlife and bunnies and beautiful sunrises. 🌅 All beds were super comfy. The wood burner was cozy. The sofa was great for a family and their TV stereo set up was brilliant. There are ALOT of lights etched to get used to, that create mood lighting in each room and Ivana manages the heating of the property remotely.

Excellent property. Owners were really nice. Can’t wait to go again when the pool is open. Went to a local pub called Coach & horses, excellent food there. We took our dog and owners kindly asked if we kept her on the lead when in garden of property as they have sheep but there’s a massive field with a woodland walk out back so was fine to let off the lead then. Barn is exactly as described. There’s some good little board games there and our kids got a bit obsessed with cluedo. Was expecting to be chilly as it’s a barn but the underfloor heating makes it really warm and cosy. Will definitely come back.

This house is absolutely fantastic. Our group of 9 including a teen and two 9-year-olds stayed very comfortably for a week with a typically English mix of weather and the house accommodated us amply. The spaces were all individual, relaxing and full of beautiful furniture and art, we loved the characterful high-ceilinged garden room and the sitting room big enough for all 9 of us to play games. All the first floor bedrooms were large with comfortable beds and generous storage, and the second floor attic with two bedrooms and a relaxing space between was a great little world away. The rambling garden and the tennis court, trampoline, warm pool and table tennis were a real hit with our group. Locally there was something for everyone, highlights including great walks from the house along the river and up onto the spine of the South Downs, and garden visits to High Beeches and Sussex Prairie Gardens. Enzo and Lucy are well deserved superhosts, we would return in a heartbeat.

It was my first time using Air b&b and the hosts made it such an easy experience. Lovely house for our whistle stop tour.

we stayed here for my sisters hen do and WOW we loved it. the perfect place, in an amazing location very easily accessible by bus or train to the centre. the house itself it's really spacious, a special shout out to the kitchen / dining area with its disco vibes. Emma was extremely helpful and responsive. want to stay again already!

We had an amazing weekend in Brighton! The place was perfect for our group of 12. Would definitely recommend for a large group it was really comfortable and the hosts were so helpful and very responsive

We had a great stay at Brett and Cheryl's place. It was very clean, had everything we needed, and was an excellent location close to the beach. They were also very attentive as hosts with great communication. Would highly recommend.

Lovely, clean, spacious house very close to restaurants and the sea. Parking was on side street and close by. The instructions to find the house were in readily clear and easy to follow. Shannon was very responsive and friendly. Worthing is wonderful.

We had such a great stay at Cat and Andy’s place! The place was clean, tidy, and super spacious! The pictures did not do it justice. We would throughly recommend this property, the hosts were fantastic- kind, responsive and helpful, and the place was perfect - location phenomenal and price amazing! Thanks so much Cat and Andy!

The property was lovely in a really quiet location close to Brighton. Very clean and comfortable. Was great to stay here and I would recommend. The host was a bit slow to respond at times but no issue. It made us feel a little uneasy after seeing signs within the house stating that there were noise monitors, as we had a 2 year old with us we felt like we had to tell everybody to be quiet and we weren't sure how loud we could be.

Great place to stay. Lovely relaxing back garden with all-day sunshine..plenty of space to eat and rest in the shade. Beds very comfortable ..we all slept like logs. Helpful folder containing detailed instructions on using appliances as well as places to eat and things to do for all ages. We were here for the South Downs Run so unfortunately no time to visit appealing Nature Reserve next door but managed a beautiful walk along the coast at Seaford as the sun was setting.

An excellent find. Beautiful house that exactly matches the description. Shellie was great at communicating and answering any questions. I would highly recommend this as a place to stay. Easy access to Brighton and surrounding areas giving lots of options for things to do. Wish we’d stayed longer.

This is our second time staying here and we will definitely be back again. The house is fantastic and has everything you could need. It is right in the centre of all the action but, as it is away from the road, it is very quiet. We had lovely weather while we were there and spent time sitting in the small patio garden. We didn’t have any need to contact the host while we were there but had a message from her on check in with details and the option to call her if we needed anything. We are already looking forward to our next stay.

We had a lovely time at Fred’s place! The location was great and the house was full of character. The beds were comfortable and the showers were also great. We would recommend! Would probably say it isn’t pet friendly though, just because we were worried about them knocking over things/ going upstairs/ going on the rugs and they weren’t allowed outside. Other than that perfect.

Nina and Alex were extremely helpful fom start to finish - from flexible check in and great instructions pre-arrival, help with parking and local advice, through suggesting migraine remedies (over and above) and flexible checkout. Helpful, jolly and available throughout :) The house is wonderful - three stories with sunny patio, many pleasant bedrooms and amazing amenities. Table tennis, table football, huge TV and all possible comforts in a beautifully designed family home. It's a five minute walk from the beach, and three minutes walk from a bank of shops, cafes and restaurants that served us well on day one before we started exploring, and of course after that you have all of Brighton and Hove to play with. Strong recommend :)

This was the perfect house for a family weekend together. There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out. We were lucky enough to have fantastic weather and enjoyed the comfortable garden furniture. The garden was safe for my toddler grand daughter. When we wanted to go out it was an easy walk to the Hove cafes etc and to the beach. We had a really relaxing time and would love to come again.

Had a wonderful time at Gabby's house . It felt so welcoming, peaceful, clean and loved. Gabby was excellent at communicating and always helpful. It took about 15 minutes to walk into the centre of Brighton with cafes and pubs on the way. I would wholeheartedly recommend it.

Maria's place is wonderful, she has thought of everything, has all of the amenities you can think of, really nice furnishing, biscuits/tea/coffee etc., excellent kitchen. We loved the sauna and jacuzzi, beds were comfortable, bathrobes and plenty of bath towels, big TVs and comfortable sofas. Lovely, long pebble beach just 5 min walk. Quiet area, parking right outside, supermarkets nearby. Just great for a family break - we had a great time.
