The sitting area is furnished with a new 40” flat screen HD tv and a comfortable new couch with a ceiling fan above. The Bedroom has a Queen sized bed, plenty of closet space, new AC, and a ceiling fan. The bathroom has a tub/shower combo. The kitchen is set up for light, in-house meals.
