Keauhou Bay vacation rentals

We enjoyed the condo for our week stay in Kona area, it was clean and comfortable! The large couch was a bonus for lounging after spending the days out and about, and we appreciated the kitchen and washer dryer. The bed was comfortable and AC worked great. Also beach gear was provided, including chairs cooler umbrella snorkeling gear. You do have a 3rd floor condo so might not work for some folks with the stairs. Location was pretty good too, but it is almost 3 miles to walk to the main strip on Ali'i. However you are across the street from Da poke shack, a must if you like poke, and not too far walk to the marketplace with arts and crafts for sale. Overall location is very convenient for exploring the island! You probably want to rent a car if staying here as there is so much to see but it is a little spread out! Volcanoes national park was about 2 hrs drive. Hilo about the same. We would definitely stay here again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The view was outstanding and great to see surfers every morning and afternoon. The condo itself was very comfortable and would stay here again.

This sweet condo was just what we needed! The pools and little porch were great and the ability to walk to the bench and see the sunset was perfect. It was so great to be able to use the umbrella and beach chairs on our outings. Great spot!

We had an amazing stay at Daisy’s place! The home was absolutely beautiful—thoughtfully decorated, clean, and very comfortable. Daisy was incredibly responsive and made sure everything went smoothly for us. We felt right at home and would definitely love to stay here again. Highly recommend!

Our hosts were terrific! Very responsive. We received a detailed message with all instructions ahead of time. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed during our stay (even batteries!). They had games available, and all sorts of beach items available (umbrella, chairs, boogie boards, noodles, etc.). The pool at the condo was wonderful-we made several trips to the pool. The moment we arrived we knew the condo was exactly what we needed and that we had made the right choice renting this condo. We hadn’t even left yet and were looking to rent this again for our next trip!! We absolutely recommend this place to families!

This place was neat and clean. The kitchen was stocked with many of the things we needed. The host was very helpful and responsive. We really loved sitting on the lanai having our morning coffee as the sun came up. This place is on the west side of the island so we were able to catch a couple of beautiful sunsets as well. There were a lot of places to see and do in the town nearby. It is within walking distance but there is no sidewalk so at times it felt safer to drive there. We stayed here for 3 nights and wished we could have stayed longer. We recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet place to enjoy Hawaii.

We had a wonderful time. . The place is right on the water and the view is amazing. It is very comfortable beautifully decorated. The bed is very cozy. Walkable to restaurants and shops. Great parking.. lots of little details like a tour book of sites to see. We would love to come back!! Aloha

My family really enjoyed our stay at WSV. Great location right across from magic sands beach. Loved my mornings with the birds on the lanai. We would definitely stay here again.

The view is unbelievably beautiful! Located right on the ocean’s edge. Fell asleep nightly to the sounds of the ocean! Spent every morning enjoying coffee on the lanai taking in the beauty. The condo was beautifully maintained! Betsy was a great host. When we return to the Big Island we will absolutely stay here again! Loved it!!!

Chris is an amazing host and is very clear in his communication. House was exactly as described. Very clean and well maintained. Kitchen was stuffed with a lot of condiments and a lot of attention to details. Yard had many fruit bearing trees. A quick drive to nice beaches, restaurants, grocery stores etc. All in all we were very satisfied.

We had a lovely time here. It was close to lots of activities, and about half an hour to the Kona area. There is a beach park min away, even walkable if you don't mind the hill. There are also plenty of other beaches a short drive away. You also need to drive to get to resturants and stores, but not very far. The house was nice, and clean with large decks. It had almost everything you might need with the exception of soap/shampoo for bathing. There is also a bin of beach gear there. There was a security camera that points toward one of the main hangout areas on the deck that made us feel a little uncomfortable, but we covered when at the house. There were also people staying downstairs (we new from other reviews this was a possiblity) so it's not super private, but they were family members of the owners and were very nice and respectful. They also gave us some great tips for places to go. All in all, it was a nice place and worked well for the things we wanted to do.

Great place, everything as advertised, it is also nicely located. James was always responsive and made sure we enjoyed our stay. Would book again next time I am in the area.

Feels like home. Very spacious. Great access to linens and beach toys and accessories. Kitchen is very well stocked with cooking utensils. They have a great welcome package. All of the neighbours are very friendly. Easy walk down to the water front for the Mantaray tour and watching. The pool is warm and the hot tub is really hot. All very clean! Nice selection of books and games in the bedroom. I love this place.

We felt right at home at Viktor & Julie's place, which was perfect for the three of us. The home was very comfortable and equipped with all the amenities we needed, plus a thoughtful touch with complimentary fresh fruit upon arrival. The BBQ and backyard were fantastic, offering a stunning view of the ocean sunset. The location was great, with a short drive to a beautiful beach for snorkeling and close proximity to the Captain Cook monument. A rental car is essential, but the drive to Kona, the green sand beach, black sand beach, and Volcano National Park was relatively short and scenic. The family was friendly and respectful of our privacy. After our original lodging fell through, we made last-minute reservations, and this was my favorite spot. Would definitely stay again!

Sandra’s place was really really nice. It felt very much like home. It was super clean, cozy, decorated nicely, and had everything I needed. Sandra was also super kind, responded very quickly to any of my messages, and was very accommodating. I’ll def book her place again when in Kona.
