If you are looking for a great place to stay during your trip to Kona this is the place. The condo is newly remodeled and looks amazing. The biggest point is the beautiful view from the lanai with comfortable seating to read and watch the ocean. You can see turtles and watch local surfers catch waves from the lanai.

Beautiful place, our room was better than the photos. Close to many great food spots but also has a full kitchen if you want to make some meals in. Beds were comfy and everything was very clean. Wish we stayed longer, my family had no complaints.

Outstanding air bnb. My family and I loved staying here. We slept well in the cozy beds, ate well in the amazing kitchen and lounged beautifully all around. I adored the full size ld and brand new washer and dryer! Absolutely a hidden gem of all gems. Well appointed in every way. And we even fell in love with the sweet neighbor pup who thoughtfully greeted us daily. Kenya has a great property (with a spectacular view) and a kindness that is steeped into her home, her instruction, and her hospitality. Absolutely 10/10. We would return!!! Actually I would stay anywhere else on the big island. Thank you so much, Kenya!

Super close to the beautiful magic sands beach and only 10 minutes away from manta ray snorkeling which was an amazing experience!!! Nice central spot for all the stops we had planned across the island. Howard was so friendly!

Thanks for everything! Condo was clean and it was as described. We were outside exploring beautiful island during day time so spent very limited time at condo. Kitchen has everything you need except coffee. Some Coffee at home would be great addition for upcoming guests.

Fantastic condo. Bed was very comfortable. Loved having 2 bathrooms. Beach amenities were in closet, so no need to buy any. Coffee pot and electric kettle for hot tea was very appreciated. AC was quiet and kept the condo comfortable. There are some good restaurants next door. Loved the covered parking. Washer and dryer in the unit was a huge plus. Would definitely stay here again.

This was a great place to stay and I would recommend it to anyone! You can look right out onto the water and listen to the waves crash while relaxing on the lanai. It was close enough to restaurants and downtown Kona, but far enough to get away from the hustle and bustle.

The view was stunning — waking up to the sound of the ocean and sipping coffee on the lanai felt like a dream. The location is ideal: close to the beach, great restaurants, and local shops, but still peaceful and quiet. The condo was stocked with everything we needed — beach chairs, towels, even a cooler for day trips. The kitchen had all the essentials, and we loved having the option to cook some meals at home. Our host was incredibly responsive and thoughtful, providing clear instructions and local recommendations that made our stay even better. We couldn’t have asked for a better home base in paradise. We’re already planning our next visit — highly, highly recommend!

We had such a wonderful stay! Everything was clean, quiet and decorated beautifully. Loved the taco shop across the street. Also loved the farmers market across the street. The unit was well stocked with everything you need as far as cooking or a beach day. High quality toiletries were provided as well. I felt like the unit was even more spacious than the pictures. We came for my little sisters wedding and this was just the perfect little home away from home. Comfy beds, nice tvs, beautiful lanai. Just a short drive down to downtown. Great location. We wish we could give this place more than 5 stars because it was beyond what we imagined. We stayed as a family of four and it was the perfect place to be for a nice five days of vacation. There were two bathrooms and two showers as well as two private bedrooms. There is everything you need for comfort, extra blankets and towels to use. On top of that, the washer and dryer in unit was a gem.The kitchen is so well equipped that we cooked without trouble and ate at the dining table with an amazing view of the sea. The water is literally right outside the lanai with nothing blocking your view. We spent most of our time in the living room because of the beautiful ocean view. The location is great with downtown Kona as a 5-10 min drive or a nice stroll. Marta was also so responsive and kind, and had everything organized and instructions detailed down. We would stay here again if we ever visit Big Island again!

We arrived late, but Linda kindly waited to welcome my daughter and me to her very comfortable studio. The studio has everything you need for a stay of several days—or even weeks—surrounded by nature, with the sounds of coqui frogs and roosters that are part of the authentic Hawaiian experience. Linda was always available for any questions or requests, while remaining discreet. A short drive brings you to some of the best spots on this amazing island!

We had a great day at Kristen and Dan’s spot. I highly recommend. Walkable to lots of local spots. Perfect home base for lots of Hawaii adventures. Very comfortable and nice to return to AC after a long day in the sun.

Glenn’s place was fantastic! It was exactly as pictured, new, VERY clean, and with an amazing aesthetic. The kitchen was equipped with everything you’d need and the basic condiments to make breakfast, dinner, sandwiches, etc. the balcony and sunset views were perfect for winding down with a drink at the end of the day or enjoying a coffee in the morning. Location was perfect, Kona is small, check-in was super easy and straight forward. We heard music and folks a few nights but it quickly died down after 10PM - really not a big deal. Glenn provides all the beach stuff you’d need - coolers, chairs, umbrella, hats! He really thought of every detail. The place honestly has a hotel feel to it, easily a 4/4.5 star. With the currency it was a bit out of our price range but I am SO happy we went for it. Treat yourself and do the same 🙂 Suggestion: rent a Jeep for the day & do the Mauna Kea sunset summit. Best beach to chill/swim: Kua Bay

Elizabeth's Kailua-Kona Airbnb listing is the perfect private getaway! From the moment you step inside, you feel right at home. The location is fantastic, and you'll be thrilled by the stunning patio view as soon as you enter the front door! Waking up in the morning and enjoying breakfast on the patio was a truly peaceful and refreshing experience. Let’s not forget about our wonderful host, Elizabeth! This was a gem of a place. The lanai was perfect to sit for morning coffee and watch fantastic sunsets in the evening. The ocean view and breeze were fantastic! The complex was quiet and well maintained. Parking was easy. The condo was well furnished, super organized, clean, and had lots of little extras like beach towels, chairs, etc. Location is centrally located for restaurants, shopping, sightseeing and headed out on the boat excursions. We highly recommend the condo. It worked out perfect for us! Thanks to Brian and Sachiko for being terrific hosts.

We very happy with the place! We loved the decor and furniture, the patio area is excellent with amazing views of the surf (enjoyed coffee in the morning and wine in the evening out there!). It is also very conveniently stocked with essentials, which is much appreciated. Easy walk to many, many great restaurants and shops!

While the roosters, frogs, and road noise were louder than expected, the provided ear plugs helped and the stay was comfortable. Kathy gave a nice tour of the property. We made good use of the snorkel gear at Two Step Beach, which is right down the hill and is considered the best snorkeling on the island. Hot tub was great and private. We appreciated the fresh fruit from the property every day. Tina’s bakery stand at the bottom of the driveway was incredible!

We immediately felt right at home and welcomed by Regina and Scott. From the well organized binder of information to every amenity one might need, this is THE place to spend a week. When not running out to the sites on the Big Island, this property will meet all your needs. The room was quiet and had easy access. We could easily walk to town or have dinner on our private lanai while watching the sunset. When the staff blows the conch shells at sunset, all will be right in your world.

This was our first time staying at an Airbnb and we were a little nervous but Deborah was incredible! She exceeded our expectations with her friendliness, recommendations, fast response to questions, and her warm hospitality. The condo was exactly what we were expecting based on the pictures. Extremely clean with everything we needed and a great location. We thoroughly enjoyed the spacious, semi-private lanai that had a sliver of an ocean view. The bed was harder than we expected but Deborah helped fix the situation quickly to ensure we were comfortable during our stay. This was an amazing first experience and has definitely set our expectations high for future Airbnb stays. Mahalo nui loa Deborah!!! You are genuinely the best 🌺

We enjoyed our stay at Johnny’s place. The view from the balcony is amazing! There is a great small coffee/breakfast shop in the parking lot called Green Flash that we had every morning. Master bedroom A/C is nice, the other bedroom can get a little bit warm at night if you like sleeping in a chilled room.

Annabel pretty much saved our vacation. After booking with a different Airbnb location that was not clean and did not have a responsive host Annabel was quick to respond which is what I needed at the time. Annabel is a fantastic host. Her place is comfortable clean and quiet! The kitchen is really nice, we like to eat at least one meal in so we can afford other things! She left us beach towels and chairs which came in handy on our trip to Hapuna Beach. Her place is close to the pool and just a few steps to a gorgeous view of the ocean. Also, just a mile or two from the main shopping/eating on Ali'i Dr. but not so close that all that traffic is bothersome. It's centrally located so you're not too far from anything. I would absolutely stay here again.
