Townhome vacation rentals in Keauhou Bay

We had a wonderful stay! The condo was in a lovely area with an ocean view and walking distance to a nice shopping center where we grabbed coffee each morning. The accommodations were beautiful and clean and equipped with everything we needed and more! The garage was stocked with beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers and sand toys for guests to enjoy. The bbq wasn’t working the day we tried it, but was quickly swapped out the following day for a brand new one. We had a lovely time and would definitely stay again!

Our trip to Hawaii was perfect & it all started with Turtle House! Our stay there couldn’t have been more breathtaking or serene. When we come back to visit the island again I am going to make sure we can stay at Turtle House! This place was incredible, more than enough room and so spacious, would easily recommend this location for anyone traveling to Kona, or surrounding areas as the drive anywhere is still well doable, very much worth the price and wish the best for this property!

I have lived in the island for some years and I like to stay all over the island when I can. This rental was a great price, location, and it definently had the chill surfer/zen vibe and perfect amount of shade. I would definently stay there again and recommend it to friends visiting.

The house is in nice resort community in which has access to the beach that has breath taking sunset view, we enjoyed it every evening. The house has plenty of beds, which is very helpful for us to have good night sleep after all those fun activities we did. Air condition, fully equipped kitchen, and water activity equipments, all was very helpful. Very convenient location close by shopping, beaches, and airport. Brad was very kind, nice, and quickly responded. We stayed so comfortably as like home away home, we wish we stayed longer than 5 days.

This is our third time staying in this condo with our family of 5 and we love it! Thank you! Great pool, tennis courts, and pickle ball courts. Easy to walk to Kahalu'u beach to snorkel and surf.

Just got back from a great vacation and stay at Patricia & Tony’s. The pictures and description of the place is very accurate and the hosts were great to communicate with and gave recommendations on anything I asked. It was a 2 minute walk to the nearest beach to watch sunsets and only about 12 minute walk to some fantastic snorkelling. This area is quiet and safe. The air conditioners in the living room and bedroom worked great and were appreciated. I would not be afraid to stay here again. We enjoyed the location because it felt like we were in the middle of things we wanted to see and not at 1 end of the island.

Perfect stay at a perfection location! The actual view of the beach is practically panoramic, way better than listed pictures! In the master bedroom we slept with the windows open to hear the waves every night. It was idyllic! The house is spacious with large sliding doors to the lanai. We ate all our meals on the patio furniture outside. The kitchen was great for cooking meals, the closet was well stocked with beach chairs, mats, cooler, water jug, and towels, perfect for beach day trips. (We even bought 2 boogie boards and left those for the next vacationers.) We would 100% stay here again. The easy access to downtown Kona made it worth any traffic noise (it's on a busy street). It always quieted down at night though. THANK YOU for making our family vacation with all our adult children a true paradise experience!

Petrea was a lovely host. Her communication was helpful and she worked hard to remedy a small issue when a prior guest had taken the pool key. She reached out to the property manager and had it replaced as soon as possible so we could enjoy the lovely pool. The condo is comfortable and has a nice view of the ocean from the lanai. Close to grocery and shopping and convenient to several beaches.

For our first vacation to the Big Island, this place did not disappoint! Each morning we woke up to beautiful views of tropical plants, the ocean, and open sky. It was a great way to start the day! The location is great, with gas, groceries, and plenty of restaurants nearby. The best areas in Kona are 10-20 minutes away. We really enjoyed staying here, and would definitely stay here again.

This was hands-down the best Air BnB at which I've ever been a guest. Clean, comfortable, fully-equipped, etc. - it is basically an apartment. The host was incredibly communicative, helpful, and provided many recommendations directly and through resources in the townhouse. I cannot recommend this stay highly enough, and if I am ever back in town and unable to stay with family or friends, this is where I will be. I could go on for an entire essay's worth of praise, but I will leave it at this: Do yourself a favor and treat yourself to this spot. You deserve it.

This townhouse was perfect for our family of four for the week! Location is great - on the beach and you can fall asleep to the sounds of the ocean. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen had what we needed. We cooked a majority of our meals and enjoyed eating them outside. We would certainly stay here again!

We had an amazing trip and stay with CB Island Vacations. The place was so well-stocked - in terms of the kitchen, beach equipment (chairs, umbrella, snorkel and fins) and even left a big supply of sunscreen for us to use if needed. The views from the top floor were beautiful. I’d say the only issue is that one of us adults (5’7”) tried to sleep in the room with 2 smaller beds and couldn’t sleep well because the bed was too small- possibly not a full twin. Would be fine for kids or maybe shorter folks? All and all we loved our stay and it was very well located to shops/super market as well as some great snorkel spots and restaurants.

We stayed in this place for couple of days and it was perfect. Stephanie is very friendly and the communication with her was great, also. Hope you enjoy your stay as much as we did ❤️

This place is exceptional. The doors that open to the balcony offer an open air feeling. The views of the bay are incredible. The entire place made us feel right at home and confortable. I have been coming to the Big Island for work, play and relaxation for over 20 years. This is hands down my favorite place! Thanks for everything!

Loved the gated community. Good parking, great location, great instructions and reasonable checkout requirements. The pool was beautiful and amazing beaches close by. Lots of space for our family. Very organized kitchen and beach amenities. We loved it.
