A quiet, clean and well equipped apartment, ideal for two people. everything matched the description and the hist was very responsive. We gladly recommend the stay!

Nice, quiet location with beautiful surroundings. Very cute and clean room, right opposite to a mini market and next to a tavern and the beach. Good value for money

The location is remote but has good facilities nearby, a fantastic restaurant (Arias) about 100m away serving the best seafood I’ve had outside of the UK! Not a large restaurant and has a very exclusive feel to it Equally a nice walk around the other bay, we found a few restaurants and taverna’s - our favourite was Sofrano’s The room isn’t big, but it’s well equipped and comfortable for the 4 night stay we had, and Nikos was very helpful for the few questions we had. Aircon works perfectly and much needed respite from the 35+ heat. The terrace was perfect for sunbathing and is also shaded so easy to get a break from direct sunlight Comfortable bed and nice sheets Lovely neighbours in the main house (I assume this is Nikos’ family), Poppy treated us to a salad lunch one day unexpectedly, including fish caught from the bay at the bottom of the steps! Delicious - thank you! Cannot wait to return for another stay in the future. Highly recommended Would definitely stay again

We had a lovely holiday in Panagiotis apartment, Anna was lovely and shared some homemade sweets with us, we love merichas so everything was beautiful 🤩

Πολύ καλή και ήσυχη τοποθεσία, κυριολεκτικά λίγα βήματα από τα μαγαζιά. Ένα φιλικό περιβάλλον. Το δωμάτιο πεντακάθαρο, με όλες τις δυνατές παροχές. Ο οικοδεσπότης πολύ φιλικός, φιλόξενος και κατατοπιστικός. Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα!

Τι σπίτι και η θέα είναι εκπληκτικά! Υπήρχε ιδιωτικότητα και το σπίτι παρείχε τα πάντα που μπορεί κάποιος να ζητήσει. Ειδική αναφορά θα κάνω στον Δημήτρη και την Εμμανουέλα, που εκτός απο τις λεπτομερέστατες πληροφορίες που παρείχαν, όταν χρειάστηκε λόγω ενός προβλήματος που παρουσιάστηκε με το αυτοκίνητο μας, παρόλο που η ώρα ήταν ακατάλληλη, έκαναν τα πάντα για να μας βοηθήσουν, μέχρι που προσφέρθηκαν να μας δανείσουν το δικό τους όχημα, για να μην χαλάσουν οι διακοπές μας! πραγματικό παράδειγμα διαχείρισης και φιλοξενείας. Σας ευχαριστούμε πολύ, για την αξέχαστη εμπειρία!!!

The dream!! Dimi is a wonderful host without mentioning the kindness and hospitality of his sister on site. The view is absolutely fantastic and so peaceful! Located in Khytnos (only 2h from Athens) by boat, this is the perfect romantic getaway (or more if you have the chance!). You will wake up in the blue and in only a few minutes through the private path of the villa you’re swimming + the beach is yours! Perfect for intimate, relaxing moments. The design of the villa is also very beautiful without mentioning the bathroom carved around the rocks.. don’t think just go!

Πανέμορφο σπιτι με πάρα πολύ ωραία θέα και πολύ καθαρό! Πολύ συμπαθητικοί ιδιοκτήτες που μας εξυπηρέτησαν με τον καλύτερο τροπο! Θα ξαναέρθουμε σίγουρα!

We had a perfect stay! Though it's a one-room flat, it's very well furnished and functional to live in (and not just sleep in) - and cute. Everything was clean and seemed to be new. It's all equipped as well, you'll find everything you need to cook, a rack to dry your clothes, hairdryer, coffee machine and a wardrobe. There is a table big enough to eat inside but the terrace was our favourite spot! There you have you private space to chill, have drinks or dinner in the shade, play cards, relax. The location was great too! Only a couple minutes from Korissia and several beaches if you don't want to go far for a swim. Down the street from the flat are bars, restaurants and the mini market so you can take a stroll in the evening for dinner, drinks and a walk on the marina or pop out in the morning for breakfast (though the flat also had coffee & breakfast snacks). Though it was very hot, the flat stays cool and enjoyable day & night (there is also AC if needed). Because we arrived early, they even went through the struggle of having the room ready for us early, and allowed us to stay longer after checkout. He also bailed us out very quick when we locked ourselves out on the terrace (warning: always leave the key in the lock^^). This was an all around great stay and I can warmly recommend it :)

Beautiful place to stay ! Had the opportunity to go with family members and we had a great time . The owner was very helpful and gave us berry good instructions how to find the place . The location is great since you are near the port of the island and you have near you the beach and some restaurants and bars . I recommend it 100% . Hope to be able to go again in the future.

Excellent place to stay in Kea. Wonderful beaches just a few minutes walk from the flat. And the deck is a fantastic place to contemplate life or even do remote work. Miltiadis is very communicative and responsive to requests. She and her husband don't speak English, but she got the point across well. The house is ideal for a couple of a single. Very clean and well equipped. I definitely will be back!

Le petit port de Loutra où se situe le logement et charmant avec des tavernes et des boulangeries accueillantes. Le bain thermale gratuit en bordure de plage est superbe tout spécialement de nuit quand il fait moins chaud. La grande place utilisée pour garer les voitures n’est pas très esthétique mais pratique. Trois plages ombragées peuvent être atteintes à pieds. Le studio, situé légèrement en hauteur avec vue sur toits et la plage, permet de faire une tasse de café ou de thé mais n’a pas de quoi chauffer un plat. Charmant, j’y retournerai avec plaisir.
