Nice and updated place to stay. Beautiful view of the city and sea. For access, it is essential to have a car to avoid the difficult staircase with suitcases. Plan to book the car before your stay the city is ideal as a starting point for sightseeing. Maria was easy and responsive to contact

Beautiful place to stay ! Had the opportunity to go with family members and we had a great time . The owner was very helpful and gave us berry good instructions how to find the place . The location is great since you are near the port of the island and you have near you the beach and some restaurants and bars . I recommend it 100% . Hope to be able to go again in the future.

Excellent place to stay in Kea. Wonderful beaches just a few minutes walk from the flat. And the deck is a fantastic place to contemplate life or even do remote work. Miltiadis is very communicative and responsive to requests. She and her husband don't speak English, but she got the point across well. The house is ideal for a couple of a single. Very clean and well equipped. I definitely will be back!

Marina, our host, was very friendly and a good communicator - especially so in English. The room we had was perfect and just as described. It was a 1 minute walk down into the town and the beach where we had plenty of options to eat and relax. The ferry arrival is just around the corner - maybe a 3 minute walk which was excellent for us. Couldn’t be better! Perfect place.

A superb apartment right by the port, which has a beautiful terrace overlooking the port and surrounding area. It’s large inside and very homely. The two bathrooms are spacious as well. Stavros is a great host

We loved our stay and are so grateful for Vassilia for her wonderful home. It made for the perfect getaway from the busy life of Athens and other parts of our busy vacation!

The house was beautiful, even better than the pictures! The inside felt cozy and homely, with beautiful furniture. The kitchen was very well stocked with basic ingredients and cooking utensils. There was a good supply of coffee and tea as well which was a nice touch, and some little sweet treats provided by the host! The house is only accessible by car from the port. The cleaner picked us up from the nearest shop to show us the best roads to take to get to the house. At night it was sometimes hard to remember the best route so I would recommend noting this down when you are first shown as it's slightly different to the GPS route. There is a great supermarket 30mins drive from the house, and a mini market with all the essentials about 15min drive. The nearest beach is accessible by foot, car or bike, and the water around this part of the island was warm in September and crystal clear, with great food at the beach bars. The house had everything you needed, we would love to return!

Kiki was great. Very friendly, welcoming. Sunset is amazing, swimming with sea views is a great experience. Lots of beautiful little beaches nearby within a 5-minute drive or even walk! Including a small cove at the bottom of the house where you can swim early in the morning or in the evening before the aperitif! We loved this stay! We recommend the house.

I rented this house for my parents who loved their stay. The view is beautiful, the house matches the photos and very clean. Other houses are next door but Victor's house is above so it is not inconvenienced but not completely isolated either. The villages are close. The welcome was punctual and communication with Victor was very easy. My parents hope to be back soon!

Breathtaking location & a truly gorgeous (& well-equipped home). We wandered the home & gardens feeling so privileged for the chance to stay & swim in such a place of natural beauty. Elli was responsive, helpful & flexible. It’s hard to believe you can have all this such an easy hop from Athens!

The apartment is a mile or so outside the port and little town of Livadi. We stayed for a week and as we didnt have a car walked to and from the town along a beautiful tree lined bay where we stopped off to eat in the cafe and bathe in the sea. The apartment which is attached to a larger house is thoughtfully decorated in a rough cottage style. We had breakfast and cooked evening meals in the kitchen and eat outside in the attractive patio garden. As Vici says in the brochure the apartment is small and we found adapting to its size was sometimes tricky but Vici is a brilliant and friendly host. During our stay she helped us again and again by collecting and returning us and our bags to the port and showing us around the little town. It was a great pleasure to meet her.

Pavlos place was terrific , I was heading back from holidays and needed somewhere close to the airport . He has 2 apartments beside each other . It’s on the coast ,the beach is practically across the road and many shops restaurant ,bars nearby to choose from. Very comfortable bed and great facilities. He communicated very well .

This is the second time we have stayed in this air b and b and if you’re visiting Athens or Nea Makri and the surrounding areas it’s absolutely perfect! Lovely sea views and everything you need is right on your doorstep. Communication with Orges is fantastic and he’s always accommodating and helpful. Would definitely stay here again and again!!

Mikael's place was wonderful, spotless and well equipped. Everything was as described. The kids loved the pool and the big garden. We were very well taken care of and we highly recommend others to stay here while visiting the Thymári area. Thanks again Mikael for having us 😊

Our month here was absolutely magical. We loved the (three!) balconies and having the sea so close we could hear the waves. The house is spacious and well-equipped, with fast and reliable WiFi, and Doros was super responsive and helpful!

The stay was great! The place was clean and comfortable. Though was a bit nosier than expected, all day you could hear loud motorcycles going by even at 2am. The host did provide earplugs which was nice and very appreciative. Would definitely stay here again though. Also best overhead shower I’ve been in amazing pressure.
