Beachfront vacation rentals in Kea

This is the first time a house is even better in reality than on AirBnb! Efthymios’ place is perfect. The location is magnificent, with a view on the port and on the chora on the other side. Despite there being no a/c, the house is always fresh due to its location. The outside is stunning, with many different corners where to eat and relax. The interior is equally nice, very well curated and with everything that’s needed to spend a great time in Kea. We’re very sad to have to leave the house, and hope io be able to come back really soon. Thank you Efthymios!

Very good stay in this very nice place, quiet, peaceful, on Liparo beach, very little traffic. House suitably equipped, pleasant to live in, with a beautiful sea view. Small downside: the track is a little difficult to access (SUV recommended). Nice and discreet host. In short, a memorable stay, recommended!

It was easy to find, a small but very cute and clean house. It's great if you want to isolate and relax. We visited it in September so everything was idyllic! It has a very nice view and is very close to the port and the beach.

We enjoyed our stay very much, the house was spacious, clean and the terrace was just fantastic. Nicholas provided us with clear instructions, and Katie was there to greet us on the day and was very helpful. We hope to come back another time.

Thodoris is amazing host, he contacted us few times asking about our arrival, needs etc. He shared his recommendations on local food and places to visit 🙏🏻 The house is also stunning, full of bloom and with aesthetic design. You can find there everything you need for comfortable stay (and also cooking🧑‍🍳). We totally recommend the host & place ❤️

Incredible views, beautiful house and a big, deep pool. So peaceful. While there are lovely things to do on the island, we spent most of our time in/by the pool, looking out over the bay! The photos don’t do it justice. Fantastic and friendly communication from Nikos including lots of recommended places to visit. Great beach with gorgeous bar/restaurant within walking distance and good water sports in the next bay along. A non-touristy island where you feel you are seeing the true Greece.

Elissavet is a wonderful host, very responsive and responsible. Unfortunately we did not receive the exact gps coordinates prior to trying to get to her place, so we struggled finding it, but she instantly solved this, when she realised we did not have the exact location. We took our family and our dog to the house and we had such a wonderful time. The house is nice to fit 6 people. The outside is perfect, the view, the various places to sit and relax, the outside dining area. I think we were the first visitors of the season. All the pillows had brand new covers. The kitchen was lacking a few appliances (4 table knives for 6 people), but that probably had to do with the start of the season. We really loved our stay and the helpful host.

We had the best stay at Michalis’s place. Highly recommend!

The apartment is really nice, very well equipped and positioned

We came last year, This time we came back with a couple friends to introduce them to this beautiful island. We were like last time hosted very well by Nikos and his family, they are very responsive if needed and very kind and helpful, they have the restaurant overlooking the beach right next door, the dishes are very simple but very good. What we like is that there are almost no tourists, it's quite wild, it's not complicated to find a deserted beach, you don't have to be afraid to take dirt and pebble paths, it goes up and down, a 4x4 car is recommended (which we rented from Leon Car in Kea). The weather was perfect, only sun with a hot sea. Among other things, we visited the ruins of Carthaea (5 km round trip on foot only) stone slab path in stairs, the ascent is quite physical but it is very beautiful. We even went diving just 2km from the house (hotel beach next door). Louilis is a car-free village, which comes to life from 6 p.m. (opening of shops and restaurants), with stairs, you go up, you go down, it's sporty, beautiful. Total rest in Elly's house, no noise, just that of the waves with 180° views of the sea and the horizon, it feels like you are alone in the world. The house has a fisherman's house atmosphere, it is not the luxury of a palace but it is very authentic, very simple, just functional. Very good stay. The villa is very well located a few minutes walk from a very beautiful cove. The place is quiet. The view is superb. Kitchen amenities could be improved. Bedding and the bathroom are a little aging but still ok. Other than that, the place is spacious and comfortable to stay in. Air conditioning is welcome. Nikos is attentive.

Our stay was excellent. The location and view of the home by the sea very good. The beach of Otzias very close and well organized. The owners' service is very good. We'll visit again .

Absolutely wonderful apartment - great for families! Thalia had a travel crib set up and ready to go upon our arrival. Perfect spot in Korissia! Highly recommend!
