The location of the house is great. It is situated on the hill overlooking the vast sea. Easily accessible. The house is fully equipped with anything you need. It’s super clean and beautiful. The view from the terrace is breathtaking. During the daytime you can see many nearby island and during the night you can watch million of stars. Perfect place for relaxation. The host is very warm, welcoming and helpful. We totally enjoyed ourselves and definitely would love to come again.

We had a great stay at Mr. Epaminon's home! The house was just like in the photos and it looked like it was made with a lot of love! The space was spotless and had all the essentials. The view IS unique from the house! The location is great and very close to the beaches. Mr. Epominas is one of the kindest home owners we have met, with all the good willingness to make our stay as beautiful, comfortable and relaxed as possible, and we thank him very much for that! When we visit the beautiful island of Kea again, we will definitely choose the same accommodation! Thank you!

The house is comfortable with 3 levels, upstairs has a bed and a couch, in the middle one bed and a bunk bed and on the lower level another bed. Our stay was in the midst of an extreme heatwave, on the lower and middle level the beds were cool despite the heat, on the upper level the truth is that we were warm enough. In her honor, Sofia offered to buy us a second fan when we requested it. Communication was immediate. The house has everything you need . In the parking lot there is a general difficulty as there is only a small space at the entrance of Chora and everyone else park in street. From the entrance of the country to the house takes a walk around 7 minutes. Thanks so much for staying!

We enjoyed our stay very much, the house was spacious, clean and the terrace was just fantastic. Nicholas provided us with clear instructions, and Katie was there to greet us on the day and was very helpful. We hope to come back another time.

The house has a very pervasive energy that at least tested positive for us... George would prefer a view of the sea, but when he left he told me that he did not miss...The magic of quiet is built...

Stelio’s place is at a perfect location (2mins walking distance from the beach of Otzias), the house was super clean & spacious and with all required amenities . Stelios was a very kind and responsive host and made sure to make us feel very welcome and provide suggestions for the island.

We had a very nice week at Anna’s house, the area and house were great, Anna was easy to join and reactive if needed.

We loved our stay and are so grateful for Vassilia for her wonderful home. It made for the perfect getaway from the busy life of Athens and other parts of our busy vacation!

The house was beautiful, even better than the pictures! The inside felt cozy and homely, with beautiful furniture. The kitchen was very well stocked with basic ingredients and cooking utensils. There was a good supply of coffee and tea as well which was a nice touch, and some little sweet treats provided by the host! The house is only accessible by car from the port. The cleaner picked us up from the nearest shop to show us the best roads to take to get to the house. At night it was sometimes hard to remember the best route so I would recommend noting this down when you are first shown as it's slightly different to the GPS route. There is a great supermarket 30mins drive from the house, and a mini market with all the essentials about 15min drive. The nearest beach is accessible by foot, car or bike, and the water around this part of the island was warm in September and crystal clear, with great food at the beach bars. The house had everything you needed, we would love to return!

Amazing experience. We definitely come back soon. Apartment was super clean and had a nice view. The housekeeper couple was really nice and always helpful with recommendations etc. and even picked us up close to the port. Love that place and the people! Thank you for having us.

We were two families visiting the place together. It was just perfect for the kids and us adults alike. Very clean and cosy place. Go for it without concerns!

How should I start... The place is located in the authentic side of Kea, the east side of the island. It was super peaceful and you have all the privacy you need, while being close to a tavern and a mini market. The garden outside, actually it's not just a garden, it's a huge piece of land, with many places to sit and relax, was so beautiful that we wanted to spend all our time there! At night, you could hear all the sounds of nature and look at the stars, while enjoying the amazing patio with a glass of wine! You need a car to go to the beach, but, that's the point! Be able to visit all the amazing beaches in the east side of the island, which are located between 10-20 minutes drive (a super normal distance for Kea). The house was very clean and it had all the amenities needed. The host was super responsive with a couple of requests we had. I strongly recommend this house and we will visit it again soon!

A delightful little house in Ioulida. We loved the location and the views from the balcony/terrace. The house has everything you could possibly need if you wish to self-cater etc. We will hopefully return. The house is an excellent base for exploring the island on foot, several footpaths begin in the village.

It was easy to find, a small but very cute and clean house. It's great if you want to isolate and relax. We visited it in September so everything was idyllic! It has a very nice view and is very close to the port and the beach.

Hlias' is a very nice house, well designed and maintained, with attention to details. It has a wonderful view and Hlias was very effective in communication. We thoroughly enjoyed it.

We stayed at this beautiful villa for two weeks. The location is really spectacular, far (but not too far) from the busiest area of the island, with a beautiful view of the bay of Psili from where you could also see the island of Andros. The villa is really nice, well furnished, with ample outdoor spaces where you can relax on special deck chairs and wall sofas with comfortable pillows. The rooms were spacious as well as the bathrooms, also nice the living area with the attached kitchen equipped with everything you need to cook. The priceless thing that made the vacation super relaxing, is the nearby beach that can be reached through a small path that takes about 5 minutes on foot. There is almost no one and therefore there is absolute peace of mind that you do not want to go in search of other beaches (still beautiful, but more crowded). The views from the house were incredible! The house was big and lovely, especially the pool and other outdoor areas. It was off a dirt road, which made access a bit tough (some taxis would not go to it) but that is what provides privacy and the spectacular sunsets. Micheal, our host, was reachable and responsive. Kea was full of beautiful beaches, and warm and lovely people, especially Aglaia and Costas’ Table, a local cooking school, which we all highly recommend!

The views are magical and the hosts are very helpful and kind.
