Vacation rentals with beach access in Kea

Beautiful place to stay ! Had the opportunity to go with family members and we had a great time . The owner was very helpful and gave us berry good instructions how to find the place . The location is great since you are near the port of the island and you have near you the beach and some restaurants and bars . I recommend it 100% . Hope to be able to go again in the future.

Excellent place to stay in Kea. Wonderful beaches just a few minutes walk from the flat. And the deck is a fantastic place to contemplate life or even do remote work. Miltiadis is very communicative and responsive to requests. She and her husband don't speak English, but she got the point across well. The house is ideal for a couple of a single. Very clean and well equipped. I definitely will be back!

Η διαμονή μας ήταν άριστη. Η τοποθεσία και η θέα του καταλύματος στη θάλασσα πολύ καλή. Η παραλία του Οτζιά πολύ κοντά και καλά οργανωμένη. Η εξυπηρέτηση των ιδιοκτητών πολύ καλή. Θα το επισκεφτούμε ξανά .

The location is remote but has good facilities nearby, a fantastic restaurant (Arias) about 100m away serving the best seafood I’ve had outside of the UK! Not a large restaurant and has a very exclusive feel to it Equally a nice walk around the other bay, we found a few restaurants and taverna’s - our favourite was Sofrano’s The room isn’t big, but it’s well equipped and comfortable for the 4 night stay we had, and Nikos was very helpful for the few questions we had. Aircon works perfectly and much needed respite from the 35+ heat. The terrace was perfect for sunbathing and is also shaded so easy to get a break from direct sunlight Comfortable bed and nice sheets Lovely neighbours in the main house (I assume this is Nikos’ family), Poppy treated us to a salad lunch one day unexpectedly, including fish caught from the bay at the bottom of the steps! Delicious - thank you! Cannot wait to return for another stay in the future. Highly recommended Would definitely stay again

Το σπίτι ήταν καλύτερο από ότι περιμέναμε . Η θέα από την πισίνα κάτι παραπάνω από μοναδική !!!Το σπίτι υπέρ άνετο και πολύ λειτουργικό !!Ο Παναγιώτης ήταν εκεί ! Για ότι θέλαμε !! Πολύ φιλικός και με άφθονη θετική ενέργεια Παναγιώτη σίγουρα θα σας επισκεφτούμε ξανά!!

We loved our stay and are so grateful for Vassilia for her wonderful home. It made for the perfect getaway from the busy life of Athens and other parts of our busy vacation!

The house was beautiful, even better than the pictures! The inside felt cozy and homely, with beautiful furniture. The kitchen was very well stocked with basic ingredients and cooking utensils. There was a good supply of coffee and tea as well which was a nice touch, and some little sweet treats provided by the host! The house is only accessible by car from the port. The cleaner picked us up from the nearest shop to show us the best roads to take to get to the house. At night it was sometimes hard to remember the best route so I would recommend noting this down when you are first shown as it's slightly different to the GPS route. There is a great supermarket 30mins drive from the house, and a mini market with all the essentials about 15min drive. The nearest beach is accessible by foot, car or bike, and the water around this part of the island was warm in September and crystal clear, with great food at the beach bars. The house had everything you needed, we would love to return!

Kiki a été formidable. Très sympathique, accueillante. Le coucher de soleil est incroyable, se baigner avec vue sur la mer est une super expérience. Plein de petites plages trop belles à proximité à moins de 5 minutes de voiture voire à pied! Dont une petite crique en bas de la maison où se baigner tôt le matin ou le soir avant l’apéro! Nous avons adoré ce séjour! Nous recommandons la maison.

I had an unforgettable stay at Aggeliki's place in Kythnos. The location is absolutely stunning, offering a peaceful and serene environment that made it the perfect getaway. Aggeliki, our host, went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. She was incredibly kind, warm, and always available to assist us with anything we needed. Overall, if you're looking for a quiet, relaxing, and immaculately maintained place to stay in Kythnos, with a host who truly cares about your comfort, I highly recommend Aggeliki's place. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

J’ai loué cette maison pour mes parents qui ont adoré leur séjour. La vue est magnifique, la maison conforme aux photos et très propre. D’autres maisons sont à côté mais la maison de Victor est au dessus donc elle n’est pas gênée mais pas complètement isolée non plus. Les villages sont proches. L’accueil a été ponctuel et la communication avec Victor très facile. Mes parents espèrent pouvoir revenir bientôt !

Breathtaking location & a truly gorgeous (& well-equipped home). We wandered the home & gardens feeling so privileged for the chance to stay & swim in such a place of natural beauty. Elli was responsive, helpful & flexible. It’s hard to believe you can have all this such an easy hop from Athens!

Pavlos place was terrific , I was heading back from holidays and needed somewhere close to the airport . He has 2 apartments beside each other . It’s on the coast ,the beach is practically across the road and many shops restaurant ,bars nearby to choose from. Very comfortable bed and great facilities. He communicated very well .

This is the second time we have stayed in this air b and b and if you’re visiting Athens or Nea Makri and the surrounding areas it’s absolutely perfect! Lovely sea views and everything you need is right on your doorstep. Communication with Orges is fantastic and he’s always accommodating and helpful. Would definitely stay here again and again!!

Wonderful stay at this apartment. Beautiful place and wonderful location. So peaceful. Thank you to Anna for being so accommodating to us so last minute as our flight was cancelled!

Mikael's place was wonderful, spotless and well equipped. Everything was as described. The kids loved the pool and the big garden. We were very well taken care of and we highly recommend others to stay here while visiting the Thymári area. Thanks again Mikael for having us 😊

Our month here was absolutely magical. We loved the (three!) balconies and having the sea so close we could hear the waves. The house is spacious and well-equipped, with fast and reliable WiFi, and Doros was super responsive and helpful!

The stay was great! The place was clean and comfortable. Though was a bit nosier than expected, all day you could hear loud motorcycles going by even at 2am. The host did provide earplugs which was nice and very appreciative. Would definitely stay here again though. Also best overhead shower I’ve been in amazing pressure.

A wonderful and cosy appartment next to Varkiza beach front. Very quiet area to relax at without any disturbances.

Marilena was an incredible host! She very kindly allowed me to enter the Airbnb before check-in time. She even helped me book a taxi to the airport. She was very nice and attentive, responding to messages very promptly. The place was exactly as advertised in the pictures. Everything was clean. AC, hot water, and wifi working perfectly. It is perfect for a short stay close to the airport and just across the street is access to the beach. Walking distance from many restaurants and markets. As other reviews mention, you can hear the church bells but it is not that loud and I actually found the chimes to be nice. I would definitely stay again.
