KiVA-Villa offers a spacious apartment (130 sq.m.) on the ground floor of KiVA windmill house that can accommodate up to 4 guests over 14yo (with the option of a 5th one) with magnificent sea-views.The house is situated atop a hill right above KAMPI beach. Its western orientation and panoramic sea views provide guests with unique and spectacular views of sunsets into the sea. The entilre construction (using stone, wood, glass) completely respects the local architecture and the natural landscape.

Vourkari Studio 2 with kitchen

Cosy Studio 25 m2 with fully equipped kitchen in Vourkari. The studio is available only for non smokers(cigarettes,vaping,iqos etc). If you smoke in the property unfortunately we will have to end your stay. The studio has a king size bed.Aiconditioning,TV,WIFI and a very small balcony. The house is located at the centre of Vourkari, 2 km from Korisia port and close to all restaurants and bars. There is also a mini-market in the village. The beach of Gialiskari is only a 5 minute walk away.

Villa St Nikolaos View (Apartment sleeps 7-9)

A large self contained private apartment (250 sqm +) with 2 entrances a long balcony with seating/eating area and restricted views of the bay. The location is very convenient for both swimming at Gialiskari beach (5 mins walk to the left) and the village of Vourkari (5 mins walk to the right). Sea Shelter

The studio is located in Koundouros, at the Western side of Kea island. It is less than 50 meters away from a beautiful beach. It has a private parking and can accommodate up to 3 persons (not suitable for children and infants). It is ideal for relaxing vacations by the sea and gives you the opportunity to enjoy numerous sunsets from your terrace. The breathtaking view towards the Aegean Sea is something synonymous with this house.

The Castle House Kea

Ioulida or Chora is located 5 km from the port of the island, Korissia. It is built amphitheatrically on the sides of two hills overlooking the Aegean Sea. It is a protected settlement, as it is built on the ruins of the homonymous ancient city. Please note the property is located on a traditional small street of Chora and its not accessible by car only on foot. Also you need to climb 25-30 steps to reach the entrance.

Just 2km away is the cosmopolitan Vourkari where you can enjoy a meal or drink by the sea. The center of the island the traditional Ioulida is 8 km away and is ideal to admire the sunset. It's perfect for a couple or a company of friends.
