Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Kassel

The place was as described, a little cool due to the basement location, but since it was hot anyway, it was good. The amenities were absolutely sufficient, the check-in went quickly and I was personally shown the parking lot and the accommodation.

It was perfect for our group of friends! The accommodation alone with numerous possibilities (saunas, bathtub, pool table, garden, super-equipped kitchen, television, books,...) has made for eventful days so much that we would have liked to stay much longer to explore the area more (e.g. the charming Allstadt and the beautiful rural possibilities for walking, etc.). The house was so large and cozy that everyone had their own space when you needed it, but we could also keep ourselves perfectly busy in the group. Was a great vacation!

The "Pomeranian pearl" was a hit. We felt very comfortable. We were able to make good use of the terrace in the beautiful garden in the best weather. The accommodation is lovely, very cozy, everything is clean and nothing was missing in the bathroom, kitchen and other rooms. Looking forward to next time. 1000 thanks to Kerstin!

A beautiful place to relax & explore. Upon arrival, we were greeted on the terrace by a curious, trusting fire salamander. The cottage is very cozy with a lot of love for detail and you immediately feel comfortable - everything you need is there. A big thank you to Katharina for the warm hospitality. it was a great choice to stay here. The location is perfect , the host is very friendly and helpful . The apartments highlight was a terrace with a beautiful view to have breakfast. You can walk literally everywhere from the apartment.

We felt very comfortable in the apartment. This was very well equipped and very centrally located. From here we were quickly in the city, both on foot and by public transport. You can get to the meadow, the vineyard and the important museums very quickly. There were also nightlife, restaurants and supermarkets. The contact with Frank and Alexandra was straightforward and very pleasant. We'll be very happy to come back!

The apartment is quietly located and corresponds to the descriptions in the listing. Public transportation is within a few minutes' walking distance. Check-in and check-out were very good, we were also able to get into the apartment earlier. Thank you!

The apartment is very nice. There is a seating area outside. The tram runs in front of the front door, but that doesn't bother you. It's quick to get to town. Friendly host and overall a very nice ensemble. I'd love to come back!😊

We felt like at home from the beginning. Impeccably clean, thought of everything, very tasteful and a great garden (which unfortunately we could not use because our dog was in heat and the house dachshund was very interested)! I'd love to come back, but without the languishing poodle.

Fantastic apartment in a great environment. We spent 2 nights here with our two children (3 and 8) and explored Fritzlar, the National Park and Kassel Wilhelmshöhe from there. The playground right next to the house was particularly liked by the children and Wolfgang and Simone are great hosts! The old rectory is beautiful! We will be happy to come back.

The apartment is very well laid out with two separate bedrooms, the beds are very comfortable, although the guest bedroom was missing a wardrobe, you can use those in the main bedroom which is very spacious. I used it with my family. I frequently used the kitchen, which is small but is acceptably well-equipped. The heating is in perfect condition, used a lot this winter season. The bathroom is very clean and equipped with hot and cold water, however it has a small bathtub in which it is not possible to stand upright without opening the skylight, the apartment is on the top floor. The neighborhood is super quiet, the building, needless to say, seemed to be inhabited only by us. Very close to the apartment there is a tram stop and a bus stop from where you can get to any point. It doesn't have a laundry room, but you can wash your clothes in nearby self-service laundries if you need to.

We are a family of three with a child, and Anton allowed us to stay. The accommodation is exactly as pictured. It was small, but clean and comfortable. Tram station and mart are a 2-minute walk. We could go anywhere, and we were happy walking in the big park in front of the house every day. Anton was so kind and responded quickly to our needs and resolved them. It was fun to hear the laughter of the children from the school in front of the house every morning:) Thanks to you, I'm leaving Kassel with only good memories. I recommend this accommodation to anyone:)

We had a great time. The apartment was super clean and there was everything you needed for a short stay. We even got delicious waffles from our hostess in front of the door.

We booked Andrea's place with little notice as we had to visit a sick friend who lived in Göttingen. Andrea confirmed immediately and gave clear instructions on how to get in. The place was super clean and tidy. We had everything we needed. The neighbourhood is very quiet and lovely to walk around. We stayed just two nights but enjoyed our stay. Andrea is a lovely host and we certainly recommend it to anyone who is visiting Göttingen.
