The balcony offers a generous view of the gardens of the surrounding houses. The Hercules landmark of the documenta city can be seen from the window. The apartment is centrally located, the ICE train station is within walking distance approx. 20 minutes away and the city center about 30 minutes. Nearby to public transportation.

You are in a historic fire station right on the creek. You can sleep in the former hose tower in a 1.60 m wide box spring bed. This sleeping area is separated from the living room by free beams. You can book an additional bedroom. The photos are included. Among other things, there is a 1.80-meter-wide double bed. One floor down, on the first floor, is the bathroom with window, shower, natural stone sink and toilet. There is also a fully equipped kitchen.

With private jetty! Vacation apartment cabin

Beautifully located apartment right on the water. Our lovingly furnished apartment is located on the ground floor of a half-timbered house in Guxhagen, which was renovated in 2017. The house has a plot on the Fulda with a jetty, which is located opposite the house, on the other side of the R1 cycle path. Before the construction of the Fulda bridge, our house was the old ferry house of Guxhagen. Boats and bikes are available to our guests.

Modern guest house "Seenah" and close to the city

The annex was completely expanded in 2019. It has become a real gem and we are pleased to offer this modern guest apartment in a prime location. In the immediate vicinity is the swimming lake at the leisure center, but Lake Werra is also just a short walk away. On the way there is an EDEKA supermarket. And the city center of Eschwege can also be reached in 25 minutes on foot. Around Grebendorf there are a number of hiking and cycling trails.

Fancy a vacation in the countryside? Then you have come to the right place. You will stay close to the Hoher Meißner (753.6 m above sea level). NHN high Mittelgebirge/mountain massif in the Fulda-Werra-Bergland), but also directly from the front door you can take hikes, for example, on the Ars Natura or bike tours on the Hessian long-distance bike path R1. Shopping, river promenade, public transport, museums and downtown are within walking distance in about 2 minutes.

The landscape invites you to hike (Kaufunger Forest, Münden Nature Park), cycle, but also to visit Kassel or Göttingen (e.g. World Heritage Site Kassel Bergpark). Both cities can be reached in a 30-minute drive. Bikers are also welcome. There is ample space for horses or motorcycles/bicycles.
