All 3 bedrooms have a flat-screen TV. 2 bedrooms have a double bed, the single bedroom has a bed 1.20 m wide. The kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher, oven, Senseo coffee maker, toaster, etc. The daylight bathroom has a shower/bathtub. A hair dryer, towels and various care products are provided.

My small but nice flat is within walking distance of the Wilhelmshöhe train station (the station is about a 3-minute walk away). From there you can reach destinations all over Kassel by simply getting on one of the trams or buses. The Documenta exhibition sites in the city centre are about 13 minutes away. There are several restaurants and shopping facilities close to the flat. The flat is located in a quiet side street.

Our cosy, elegant flat with balcony is located in one of the most beautiful areas of Kassel. In very close proximity you can find lots of restaurants, cafés, bars and supermarktes. The next tram station is about 50 metres away from the apartment. Even though the apartment is situated in a very crowded area, inside the house it's really quiet.

The attic apartment overlooking Kassel is located at the foot of Hercules. It has studio windows in the living room and kitchen that give it a balcony-like feel. The mountain park and Wilhelmshöhe train station are only 1 km away, and the tram stop is 100 m away. From here you can reach the city center or the Documenta site in 10 minutes.
