Beautiful quiet mod. apartment (70 square meters) - 3 bedrooms

The closed 4-room apartment with wooden floors and loft-like character is 70 square meters and is located on the top floor of the house. You overlook the Hercules and a beautiful garden. All 3 bedrooms have a flat-screen TV. 2 bedrooms have a double bed, the single bedroom has a bed 1.20 m wide. The kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher, oven, Senseo coffee maker, toaster, etc. The daylight bathroom has a shower/bathtub. A hair dryer, towels and various care products are provided.

Enjoy life at this peaceful and centrally-located place. On foot in 10-12 minutes to the main train station and in 15-20 minutes to the pedestrian zone. 250 m to the bus stop, 350 m to the nearest EDEKA and Lidl. The apartment is rented and prepared for one person as standard. If you want to come as a couple, please also book for 2 people. Animals are not (!) allowed in the apartment. The apartment is a non-smoking apartment. The apartment is not (!) barrier-free.

Stylish apartment in the front west awaits you. In the old building with high ceilings and great sense of space, completely renovated and with a breathtaking view. Perfect for a short trip or a full week. Lovingly furnished with everything you need! Including Netflix! Everything within walking distance: tram, bus, restaurants, cafes, city center. Kassel's party mile nearby but far enough to sleep quietly. Ideal for two people. 3 floor, unfortunately without a lift!!!

The pretty apartment with garden is central yet quiet. Shopping and public transport are just around the corner. The Karlsaue, city center and the museum district are within walking distance. The apartment is 45 square meters, it has its own entrance with its own terrace and a private sauna. Parking is sufficiently available and free of charge in front of the house on the public street. Bicycles can be parked safely and covered in the garden.

Stylish living in the city center, absolutely quiet apartment right on Friedrich-Ebert-Straße, Kassel's nightlife center with plenty of gastronomy offers right outside the door. Due to the location in the back house of a Gründerzeit house absolutely quiet despite downtown location with a view of the garden. Special highlight in the old building with ceilings over 3 meters high.

Our cosy, elegant flat with balcony is located in one of the most beautiful areas of Kassel. In very close proximity you can find lots of restaurants, cafés, bars and supermarktes. The next tram station is about 50 metres away from the apartment. Even though the apartment is situated in a very crowded area, inside the house it's really quiet.
