Beautiful house at Vänern beach on Hammarö

New cottage located 50 meters from the shore of Lake Vänern. Kitchen section with fridge, pour, microwave, fully equipped with porcelain, (no oven). Small living room with sofa, coffee table and TV. Bedroom with double bed, bedroom with bunk bed, loft with double bed and a single bed. Private bathroom comes with a shower and vc. Air heat pump! Private outdoor seating area with furniture and barbeque. Possibility to rent wood-fired sauna for an extra cost. The cottage is 40 sqm + the loft. Not that big but nice! Happy if the cabin is left tidy, clean and tidy! Welcome!

For those who want to stay completely unique in their own house in a cultural area, with horses, cats and access to our own jetty. You have your own outside space with barbecue and cozy playground for children. You love the proximity to adorable beautiful nature and trails. You appreciate having access to your own dock and being able to take a dip in the lake. You also want to see culture. We will be happy to show the farm that has been restored according to old methods. It is close to golf course and picturesque town of Arvika with art museum and cafes.

Welcome to insta @Frykstaladan. It is located 50 meters from the fairytale lake Fryken's southern end. This unique place has a style all its own that has emerged over the five years that we have been rebuilding the barn. High ceilings and plenty of space both inside and out. Private small cottage of 52 m2 + 25 m2 loft and large terrace with outdoor hot tub for 6 people. Very modern and nice accommodation for yourself with the host in their own house on the property. Private parking space with room for 3 cars. Directly adjacent to the lake and 12 km by car to the large square in Karlstad. Small oak with electric motor is available if desired. If you have your own boat with you, you can put it by the jetty. In summer, you can borrow a smaller boat with an electric motor (see picture)
