You appreciate having access to nice forest trails and being able to take a dip in the lake. You also want to see culture. We will be happy to show you the farm, which has been restored according to old methods. It is close to the golf course and the picturesque town of Arvika with art museums and cafés.

The studio has an alcove, kitchen, sofa corner and fresh bathroom. Private patio with barbecue grill - perfect for summer evenings. 🌿 Pedal boat and paddleboard are available to borrow if you want to go out on the lake. Bus stop right outside the house. As a neighbor, there is a sourdough bakery where you can pre-order freshly baked bread and sometimes popular pizza evenings are arranged. 🍕

Three-minute walk to the jetty by Lake Fryken where you can swim. Distance: Sunne Ski & Bike 14 km, Sommarland 6 km, Mårbacka 15 km, Rottneros Park 8.5 km, Theater 8.5 km, Golf course 8 km.

Private small cottage of 52 m2 + 25 m2 loft and large terrace with outdoor hot tub for 6 people. Very modern and nice accommodation for yourself with the host in their own house on the property. Private parking space with room for 3 cars. Directly adjacent to the lake and 12 km by car to the large square in Karlstad. Small oak with electric motor is available if desired. If you have your own boat with you, you can put it by the jetty. In summer, you can borrow a smaller boat with an electric motor (see picture)

House by the lake / House by Lake Vänern

House 40 meters from lake Vänern. Completely renovated during 2018. A small boat can be used by the guest. (not during november-april due to ice) Equipped with all modern things like AC, fiber internet, etc. There is one double bed in the main bedroom. In the guest room there is 2 beds. An inflatable bed could be used if you need more beds. There is also a small guest house with a room. You can relax, take a swim or walk in the forest. It’s as relaxing during summer as during winter.

Welcome to our cozy cabin! Nestled by the edge of a peaceful pool, you'll find a hot tub that comfortably accommodates up to five people, offering a stunning panoramic view of the lake. The jacuzzi and sauna is available year-round. The swimming pool is open until 6th of October, perfect for cooling off during warmer months. We also provide two paddleboards.
