Enket but comfortable living in the basement. Two beds that can be pushed together and a sofa bed in the big room. In the room next door there is a bunk bed with good mattresses. A baby bed is also available to use, let me know if you wish. Kitchenette with fridge, stove, coffee maker and microwave. Toilet and shower on the same floor. Laundry room upon agreement. Good bus connection to Karlstad, Ica store 150 meters away. Cyclist? Klarälvsbanan passes close by. The lakes Gapern and Alstern are close, fishing licenses are purchased at Ica 🙂

The local bus stops 250 metres from the front door. You will find a lovely lake for swimming 4 kilometres away,and the large town Örebro 40 km away.

House 40 meters from lake Vänern. Completely renovated during 2018. A small boat can be used by the guest. (not during november-april due to ice) Equipped with all modern things like AC, fiber internet, etc. There is one double bed in the main bedroom. In the guest room there is 2 beds. An inflatable bed could be used if you need more beds. There is also a small guest house with a room. You can relax, take a swim or walk in the forest. It’s as relaxing during summer as during winter.

Welcome to peaceful Råtorp. Located about 3 km from Karlstad city center. The residence is located on the ground floor with its own entrance. 160 cm bed and a sofa bed with two seats each. Bus stop is 1-2 minutes' walk from the accommodation that takes you into town in 7 minutes. The bus line also goes all the way up to Karlstad University. With a 15-minute walk across the new bridge, you can easily get to Löfberg's purple arena. The property has a free parking space and WiFi.

The house used to be home to multiple families, and so the apartment comes fully equiped with a kitchen as well as a private bathroom and is closed off from the rest of the house with it’s own entrance. No smoking.
