We were 6 ppl ( 4 adults , one 19 year old and one 13 yr old ) . THe place was neat and clean, very close to the Thiruparappu falls, which was our primary requirement . The place was clean, neat and had all basic things that was required for us . We enjoyed the silence and the place in general. Falls is literally a 5 minute walk and so is the boat club. The caretaker Mr SUresh was really polite, friendly and very helpful. We are complete vegetarians, hence we had requested to check on some good place to get us veg breakfast , caretaker took pains to get us breakfast , the food was okay not that great, its not the host's fault but you may have to make your own food if you are particular. Other than that, has parking for 2 cars. The place is a good one for a family

We had a wonderful stay at Ranjith’s place! He was extremely helpful in coordinating our visit and guiding us to the best local spots to explore. I must especially highlight the house itself — we thoroughly enjoyed our time there. The space is thoughtfully designed to offer a sense of calm and peace after a long day out. It was absolutely spotless and squeaky clean, with every amenity we could possibly need, including a washing machine and an iron box. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we truly appreciated the care and attention that went into making our stay so comfortable.

I booked this spot for a day with my friends and all of us loved the villa. It looked exactly the same as the photos. The ambience and aesthetics of this place was on point. The villa was spacious enough for 5 ppl and having a beach within a walkable distance made it even better. The host was really friendly and accommodating. The house is very well ventilated and super clean. Definitely coming back here for a staycation!
