Lovely cottage close to beach, fishing and golfing

Beautiful cottage with a closed nature ground and view to the golf course. Only 400 meters away from the beach with jetty. The house is very light with a combined kitchen and livingroom. It has 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with sauna and 1 extra WC. In front of the house there is a beautiful 100 m3 porch. The cottage is equipped with a satellite-TV, DVD-player, WI-FI, microwave, washing machine and a tumble dryer in one. Futhermore there is an outdoor fishing cleaning space and a shed with a freezer.

60 gepflegte und komfortable qm für bis zu 5 Gäste (2 auf Schlafcouch) in dem gemütlichen Ort Tating, 6 km vor St. Peter-Ording. Tating eignet sich super z. B. als Ausgangspunkt für schöne Radtouren nach SPO und auf Eiderstedt oder wunderschöne Spaziergänge. Alle Ortsteile von SPO sind ungefähr gleich weit entfernt. Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich in einem separaten Gebäudeteil, der 1998 an ein denkmalgeschütztes Haupthaus angebaut wurde. Der Preis beginnt bei 45 €/Nacht in der Nebensaison.

Die 80m² große Ferienwohnung wurde 2017 komplett renoviert und befindet sich in den Mauern einer alten Kohlscheune auf dem hinteren Teil eines 1.500 m² großen Grundstücks. Sie verfügt über einen separaten Eingang, eine moderne, vollausgestattete Einbauküche, einen großzügigen Ess- und Wohnbereich und zwei Schlafzimmer (1 großes Ehebett + 1 Etagenbett).

Meine Unterkunft ist in der Nähe von Stade, Cuxhaven und der Nordsee. Zu genießen sind tolle Aussichten, Deiche und die Elbe. Unsere Region ist perfekt zum Ausruhen vor der Stadtlärme, Relaxen außerdem gibt es tolle Fahrradwege und vieles mehr. Meine Unterkunft ist gut für paare, Alleinreisende Abenteurer, Familien (mit Kindern) und pelzige Freunde (Haustiere) geeignet. Krummendeich ist ein toller Ausgangspunkt für- ob nach Duhnen, Otterndorf oder ins Alte Land alles ist gut zu erreichen.

Die 2016 renovierte, großzügige Wohnung über 2 Etagen ist ruhig gelegen und 500m vom Süderhafen entfernt. Schon beim Frühstück kommt beim Blick auf die "Engel-Mühle" Urlaubsstimmung auf. Alle Zimmer sind hell, gemütlich und mit viel Liebe eingerichtet. Den Garten, der auch über eine kleine Terrassentür von der Küche der Wohnung aus erreichbar ist, können unsere Gäste selbstverständlich mitnutzen. Die Unterkunft eignet sich für Paare und Familien. Mit Geschirrspüler und Kinderhochstuhl.
